She's walking down her drive way, it's summer. Cas sees the neighbourhood in a quick glance. It's too bright to look around. She knows it's gonna be a long summer, a long boring procrastinating summer before heading off to high school. She'll hang out with her friends a bit, watch tv and read of course. Just like the last one. And the year before and the year before. Cas is a chill person, so she doesn't like to get up to much but when she's out and about she sure has fun. I hope you realize now, that this book is mostly all about Cas freaking out over boys. And Cas may talk about A LOT of boys in this book but they'll always be one she's had her mind set to for quite some time. It's not like he knew she existed or anything, he was in high school. And she didn't really know him, she just heard stuff from other people, but you know when you just feel a connection to someone? Even when you don't know them at all? That's what Cas had and she was afraid to show it.
Sure some of her best friends knew about it but it'd be kinda embarrassing if he knew. I mean mega emabarassing. ******** Cas goes to sit under her favourite spot in her hole house. Under the butterfly tree. It has just enough sun to keep you there and not enough to make you leave. You can see the hole world but they can't see you. She sits there on her phone, asking if people want to hang out. So far she's got; Florence and Tracy. Two of her best friends! Flo has dark brown hair with hints of Amber, has a nice build and is the funniest girl ever. Tracy has black hair, is super stylish and is the most understanding friend in the world. Flo is almost as tall as Cas and Tracy is a few inches shorter. Cas settled on this decision to hang out with them. She loved them a lot and she knows that they'll obviously see some guys together. Cas pushes the branches out of her face and stands up to go get ready. They're going to the beach. And they'll be so many shirtless guys. This is a great summer 😉
