Flashback....

April 5th, 2020

" aliyah, you wanna go to the park with me and Imani?" Jaclyn asked aliyah. " yea of course I'm not gonna stay in and do nothing,"  aliyah said. " ok, we will meet you there boo" Jaclyn said before hanging up.

Aliyah got ready just putting on  a random outfit. " Bye Mama, I'm going to the park, and I'll be back soon." She yelled before walking out the door. Once aliyah got there, she automatically saw jaclyn and Imani just sitting there talking. " hi pookas" aliyah said, making them jump. "Don't scare me like that," Imani said. "So what we gonna do?" Jaclyn asked. Aliyah gave her that 'really' look. "You're right, we gonna do tiktoks." Jaclyn said, pulling out her phone. They made tiktoks for a while.

A  basketball came out of nowhere and accidentally hit aliyah in the back of her head. Aliyah held her head in pain. "What the fuck just happened? Are you ok aliyah?" Jaclyn asked her. Aliyah shook her head no. "Aye, that's my bad, are you good?" A boy said to her. Aliyah just had the back of her head in her hands, not answering, trying to get the pain to go away. " nigga does she look ok?" Imani asked him. The boy went closer to her and took her arms off of her head so he could see her face and apologize.

She looked up at him with tears in her eyes. That made the boy feel even more bad. Two other boys came over to see what was going on. "I'm really sorry for hitting you in the head. Can I make it up to you?" He said. He was looking in her glossy eyes, and he noticed how beautiful this girl was. "She nodded. "What's your name?" He asked her. "Aliyah," she said, standing up. "Don't you have a twin brother, alijah?" He asked her.

"Yeah? How do you know him?" She asked. "Oh, that's gang," he replied. " I'm notti and those my brothers ddot and dd." He introduced them. "Ain't no way, that's your guys' real name," Imani said, butting into the conversation. "You can find out our real name if you hang out with us," dd Said. "Yall wanna go to the deli cause I need to make it up to her," notti said. They nodded their head then grabbed all of their stuff. "So what's your actual name?" Aliyah asked while they walked. The other four were walking in the back.

" it's ethan," he said. He had no problem telling her. He thought she was so pretty. " I love that name. Can I call you ethan?" She asked. He loved the way she said it. "Yea, but only you can say that shit,"  "Why do you not like your name?" She asked. She wanted to get to know him. She couldn't help looking at him. She thought he was handsome.

" I do, but my rap name is notti osama, and it gotta stay that way. Feel me," he said as she nodded. They got to the deli and notti let her pick out anything she wanted as an apology.  Everyone got snacks and paid, then left. The girls had to go back to aliyahs house, so notti and Aliyah exchanged numbers.

They went separate ways, and as soon as she got home, notti texted her.

Aliyah answered and immediately stated blushed when she saw notti with no shirt on and laying the game. "Heyy," aliyah said as she was doing random things. "What's up, Mama?" he said, making aliyah pause. " So we have nicknames now?" She asked. He laughed and nodded his head. "I'm tired. Can we sleep  on the phone together?" She asked him. " yea of course, go to sleep, Mama. I'll be here when you wake up," he said. She got into bed and turned off the lights. Imani and Jaclyn went home a while ago.
