"Lagoon Company.. this is Dutch speaking."...
"Ah.. Balalaika. Good afternoon."
...
"So that mission you were talking about is finally in play? How convenient.
...
"Alright. I'll be over as soon as possible."
Dustin and Revy would look over at Dutch as he placed the telephone back on its receiver, curious as to what the conversation was about.
"Seems like that was sis on the other end... she want us to head up to the main building, boss?" Revy asked, placing her chin in her hand as she looked at the other man.
"Yeah, seems so. She said she'll debrief everything once we get there." Dutch replied, walking over and grabbing his vest, pulling it on. "Dustin, Revy, Rock, you can come along. Seems like you'll be on house duty for now, Feng."
Feng would nod, her expression assuring them she didn't mind being alone there, as she had protection. Eventually the other three would get dressed, and they all left their apartment in the city to head up to Hotel Moscow's main base of operations, the rather large Bougainvillea Trade Company, an office building situated on Satanam Street.
BOUGAINVILLEA TRADE BUILDING
Balalaika's OfficeAfter she had called Dutch to come over, Balalaika had went back to reading the new file folders that she has received from a group of overseas informants. She had a rather tired and dull look in her eyes as she looked over one of the files, puffing some smoke from her cigarillo.
"This mission will be quite the piece of work, comrade sergeant..." Balalaika said, her voice matching her dull expression as she took a drag, and dipped a bit of her smoke in the ashtray beside her.
Boris, who was standing next to her desk, turned his head in curiosity. "What do you mean, kapitan?"
"It's a certain kind of objective we haven't dealt with in a while.. it seems we will be going overseas and staying away from our home here for several days." She'd reply, her eyes turning to gaze at him as she shut the file folder.
Soon enough, the door would open, Dutch making his way into the room. Dustin, Revy, and Rock would follow suit, the four filing into the room.
"Good morning, Miss Balalaika." Dutch said, a grin on his face as he took off his sunglasses. "I hope we're right on time."
"You certainly are. Please, all of you, take a seat. There's a lot that I need to discuss with you." Balalaika replied, waving her hand towards the two chairs that were in front of her desk. She'd blow some smoke from her lips as the 4 visitors walked over and sat down.
"So what's the deal, sis? Been a while since you've brought this mission to the table." Revy said as she extended her legs up on the table in between the chairs, blinking as she turned her head to look at Balalaika.
"Unfortunately on some days, openings for new jobs can be pushed ahead when other business gets in the way. I apologize for the rather long wait, suffice to say.." Balalaika replied, using a hand to stack the remaining file folders on her desk.
"But anyways, enough of the trivial nonsense." Balalaika said, handing the first file folder to Boris, who placed it in between the 4 Lagoon members. Dutch shifted forward and opened the file up.
"My, my.. who's the lovely lady?" Dutch commented, looking at the first photo among many that were in the file, showing a woman of Asian descent exiting what seemed to be a private jet.
