you walk into the kitchen where your dads are, Remus is leaning against the counter eating toast while Sirius is sat at the kitchen table reading the wizarding paper.

"good morning pup" Sirius says while looking up from the paper, you smile slightly before walking over to the patio door.

 the sunlight streams through the glass door making you squint a little, "where are you going?" Remus asks while sitting down at the kitchen table across from his husband.

"just to the greenhouse" you smile softly before pushing the door open, you walk out the door before making your way to the greenhouse, the greenhouse is a place you find comfort in, your always there, you like to draw, paint, plant and read there.

you sit down at the wooden table, you then grab a pink box with all your drawing equipments, you start to work, drawing a sunset with fairy lights over it, the sunset colors are orange, pink, blue and yellow, you also draw a few birds here and there-

you put down your marker, you look down at your finished drawing, you smile proudly of yourself before getting up, you leave the greenhouse and you walk over to the pond. 

you lay down on the grass with a sight, you look over at the ducks quacking in the pond, there is two female ducks and 3 males- 

you then look down at your arm, you then begin fidgeting with the bracelets on your wrist, your sister made them, her name was Izzy, she died two years ago, she was 11 when she died and you where 10, her death really took a toll on you and your dads, the same year she died you also got diagnosed with "epileptic shock" your dads really had it tough that year, they tried to hide there pain the best they could, but you saw and heard it all, you heard them crying at night, you overheard there conversations, you saw them struggling to get out of bed, and you knew that your episodes where just making them more sad, and it made you feel really guilty, you miss your sister, she was your only friend..

she died in a car crash, and you saw it all, you, your dads and Izzy where on a family trip when a truck crashed into the car, you remember seeing a pole go through her stomach, you remember her scream, that scream you will never forget..

you continue to fidget with your bracelets, tears are in your eyes but your not letting them fall, you keep your composure and continue to fidget, your eyes are burning and your chest is tight, but still, no tears are streaming down your face, suddenly you hear footsteps approaching..

you stop fidgeting with the bracelets, you then sit up and you see Remus, he sits down next to you, he wraps an arm around you and holds you close, he looks at the lake not at you..

"dad?" 

he still doesn't look at you, he keeps his eyes on the pond "yes hun?" 

you take a deep breath "I really miss her" you say while rubbing your shoulder, he pulls you closer not taking his eyes off the pond "I miss her too cup"
