the Nawab havelli:

Nawab aslam khan married asra khan and had 3 son and 1 daughter:

eldest son - Nawab jafar khan and his wife Zulekha ahmed had two son and 1 daughter:

(1) Nawab Hasib khan (29)

(2)Nawab hafsha khan (27) married to Nawab Asad khan they live in Nawab havelli

(3)Nawab Qais khan (24)

second son of the family- Nawab junaid khan married to Zehra ahmed they have two sons one daughter :

(1) Nawab Qasim khan (28)

(2) Nawab huzaifa khan(26)

(3) Nawab mehak khan (22)

third son of the family Nawab Jabir khan married to Raefa omer they have 2 sons and 1 twin daughters:

(1) Nawab Asad khan (28)

(2)Nawab Ehsan khan (27)

(3) and twin daughters- kainat and ayat (25)

the last was there daughter Nawab wazifa khan married to hamid qureshi and have one daughter:

(1) zara qureshi(26)

here i would also clear why zehra and zulekha have had same family title because they were blood related sisters.

so our male lead and female lead didn't share one cousin bond they were paternally as well as maternally cousins so in shot common family.
