3 MONTHS LATER
Min, Verena sat in front of Jeon and Tae as Tae was grilling his sister constantly touching his stomach. He still couldn't believe he was pregnant. The feeling was so foreign and divine.
"So, what have you decided?" Tae asked his sister putting a leg over the other and his hand on the knee.
Jeon stood behind Tae knowing a full-blown drama was on the way.
"About what?" asked Verena confused.
Tae rolled his eyes; he couldn't believe his sister.
"Your marriage," he almost shouted, his hand on his stomach, "with Min."
Verena was so done with Tae. She threw her hands in the air and shook her head. Since last one month, Tae was constantly hovering all over her and tormenting her about the marriage thing.
"I have told you Tae," she also shouted, "I am not going to marry. Min is also okay with that decision. We will live in this pyramid together till we die."
Min held Verena's hand just to show his support.
"But – Verena," he chided, his mouth half-open, "You – you are a queen. You can't do this."
Jeon bit his lip and put his hand on Tae's shoulder to make him stop. But Tae shook his head.
"I know Tae," she explained for the hundredth time, "And I don't care. If people have problem, then they will have to deal with it. I might be the first queen to discard the practice of marriage and live with her lover unwed. I would like that. I would like my name to go down in the history."
Jeon smiled and thanked the gods that Tae couldn't see him.
Tae scoffed and bit his lip to stop screaming at his sister.
She was being stupid.
How could he put some sense in her?
"And what if you get pregnant?" Tae asked with a smirk, "Don't tell me you two are extremely careful. He's even moved in your room and we too can hear noises from your room at night."
Jeon interrupted, "That could be anything. They might be fighting too."
Min laughed, "Yeah, it's both. Sometimes we start doing it in between the fight. Sometimes we start fighting in between the – love – making."
Verena threw a nasty look at Min, "You wanna fight now?"
She was mad at him. Why was he revealing everything to their siblings?
Min smiled like a cute cat and winked, "No. I wanna do it."
"Shut up!" she blushed and moved her head to Tae, "For your question Tae. If I do get pregnant then – I will raise a bastard."
