Beep... beep... beep. Bang damn clock. I lay flat on my back, gazing up at the white ceiling with its scattered cracks. Mentally preparing for the day ahead, I slowly rose from my comfortable bed, feeling the coolness of the hardwood floor beneath my bare feet.

With a sense of purpose, I dressed in my school uniform, embracing the familiarity and comfort it brought as I readied myself for class.

Yeah, this is fine. I grabbed my keys, my phone, my throwing knives, and my silver stakes, as well as my laptop, to do my work. Okay, I have everything. I walked out of my dorm room and made my way to history class. As I got to the class door and walked in, I looked around for my sister and Lisa.

Oh, there they are. I walked over and Rose moved her bag for me to sit down. "Hey there, sis. Hi, Lisa, Lisa, how are you? I heard about the fox. I hope everything is okay." "Yes, Y/n, I am okay. Thank you for asking" she said with a smile. "No problem."

I looked at my sister and leaned closer to her. "Do you think it was Mia and her group?" "Yeah, I do think so, but I know it wasn't Jessie."

"Oh, come on Rose, don't tell me you were with him." "I was," said my sister, looking embarrassed. "You got caught, didn't you?" "Yeah, by Dimitri of all people." "Haha, oh my poor sister." "Hey, stop laughing at me." "Okay, sorry, sorry," I said while laughing a bit.

"Okay, let's continue where we ended last." While the teacher was speaking, I noticed Mia and her group giggling, so I glanced over to see Mia discreetly handing a note to one of her friends. "Mia, I see you are passing around notes again. If only your grades were as good as your passing notes," said the teacher.

"Oh, please, please, sir, don't read it out loud," Mia replied in a sarcastic fake voice.

The teacher began reading the note. "I bet that drama princess, probably killed the fox to get attention and divert focus from her actual secret. So the real reason, Lisa managed to survive in the outside world for so long was because she was feeding from Rose and Y/n Hatheway.."
