Kenma couldn't focus in class. He seemed out of it at practice, as well. It concerned the other members of the team. Kenma's movements were slow, and he seemed distracted. He never uttered a word, but there was something unsettling about his silence.

There was only one thing on the setter's mind: Kuroo's kiss. Since having the captain's lips on his, Kenma has been feeling something he didn't know he could feel. He didn't hate this feeling, but he wanted an explanation for what he was feeling.

And, once again, the setter messed up a toss. Kuroo quickly dove to save it, sending it over the net.

The captain looked at the boy, who was staring back at him. "Kenma, are you feeling ok? You seem off."

Kenma's cheeks turned crimson. "I-I'm fine." He looked away, wondering how Kuroo could make him feel this weird.

Kuroo raised a brow. "No, you need to take a break. You're overheating, or something. This isn't the Kenma we all know and love."

Kenma flinched at the word "love", remembering the confession from earlier. "Really, Kuroo, I'm fine. I just have something on my mind."

Yaku walked over, placing a hand on the setter's shoulder. "What's on your mind?"

Kenma stares at the floor. "I'm just confused about something."

Lev tipped his head to one side. "What are you confused by?"

Kenma snapped, having had enough of the questioning and just wanting to get back to practice. "Why Kuroo makes me feel weird!" He runs off, hiding in the club room.

The others just stand in the gym, letting what happened sink in. Kenma was acting strange, and now it has something to do with Kuroo? What was going on with this team?

Yaku turned to the captain, a glare on his face. "What did you do, Kuroo?"

Kuroo's eyes widened, thinking back to when he kissed Kenma. "I just talked with him around lunch. I have no clue why he's acting weird. I didn't even say anything that should've affected him. I just apologized for hurting him." There was no way he could share everything that had happened. He didn't have a dearth wish just yet.

Kenma panted, collapsing onto his knees in the club room. He felt his heart beating faster than normal. He clutched his shirt, that spot over his heart. 'Why is if feeling so weird. It was just a kiss. He only gave me a look, just saying regular words to me. So why am I feeling so weird?'

The club room opened up, Yaku walking inside with a worried expression on his face. "Kenma, are you alright? What happened?"

"You said I don't love Kuroo, but my heart started beating weird whenever I'm around him. I don't know what's going on. My face feels hot, my heart is racing, I feel so different. What's happening to me, Yaku?"

The libero flinched, knowing what those symptoms meant. "I don't like that you're feeling this way because of Kuroo. What you're experiencing is love."

Kenma's eyes widened. "I... love Kuroo?"

An image flashed through the boy's mind. Kuroo smiling at the smaller boy, leaning in and gently placing his lips on the setter's. "I love you, Kenma."

Kenma felt tears pricking his eyes. "I love Kuroo. Why? He raped me! He hurt me! We broke up, so why do I love him?!"

Yaku sat next to the boy, hugging him. He rubbed the setter's back comfortingly. "It's ok. Try not to think about it. Maybe there are some lingering feelings from before you lost your memories of Kuroo. It could be nothing. Let's get back to practice before coach yells at us."

Kenma nods, standing up. 'How will I face Kuroo again?'

Kenma lays in his bed. He kept tossing an turning, a dream making this a restless night. This wasn't just any dream, though.

The memories with Kuroo came flooding back. Every moment Kenma had spent with Kuroo since they were kids came into the setter's mind. His heart ached the moment he woke up, tears streaming down his face. "Kuro..."

He gets out of his bed, pacing around his room. Now that Kenma has his memories back, how could things go back to normal. And then, suddenly, a thought struck him.

'Kuro and I never broke up. Yaku lied. Why would he do that?'

The setter grabbed his phone, calling up the libero.

"Kenma? What do you need in the middle of the night?"

"Kuro and I never broke up! Why did you say that?! Just because I lost my memories, you thought it was ok to change how things were?!"

Yaku's eyes widened. "Did - did you remember everything?"

Kenma still had tears streaming down his face, feeling so many different emotions. "Yes! I couldn't sleep, instead all my memories of Kuro came flooding back! Why would you lie about my relationship with him? Sure, it wasn't doing so well, but neither of us said we wanted to break up."

"Kenma, I did it to protect you. I didn't want Kuroo to keep hurting you. Since you forgot him, it seemed like the easiest thing to do to say you two broke up."

"Why would I want to break up with the love of my life. Kuro was the only person I've ever loved. And because I lost my memories, because you lied, Kuro hurt me! You should've just told the truth, Yaku! I don't know how to feel about what Kuro did. Maybe... maybe I wanted that with him. I only got scared because I forgot everything about him. I need to talk to him."

"Kenma, don't act rashly. Think things through. Kuroo hurt you, he went behind your back and did god knows what. Do you really still want to be his boyfriend? Did remembering everything make you decide to keep being with Kuroo?"

Kenma sighed, taking a few deep breaths before answering. "Yes. I love Kuro. I want to fix things with us. I'm talking to him tomorrow." He hung up before the libero could say another word.

Kenma laid back down in his bed. 'Kuro, I'm gonna fix everything. All you need to do is apologize, and I can forgive everything you've ever done. Let's go back to how happy we used to be.'
