the paper crown.
it was a cool windy day, A adolescent boy,Who we will call Jack,Was sitting down on a grassy hillside underneath a Sakura tree,the leaves were blowing, the blossoms were falling,and the sky was a perfect stormy grey.As he looked up from his book he noticed a key, strange since it looked like a key nobody had ever seen or heard about before, his curiosity got the best of him and he got up, picked up the key and suddenly looked down to see a..portal..? He was hesitant to go back,or to go through the mysterious portal.. he looked up and said "if I don't come back, mom dad, I love you." And he jumped through the portal it was like a scenario he had seen before in a kids book he read,the name was at the back of his head, oh! Alice in wonderland! it was like that.. he was hoping he could make it back home, as he fell to the bottom of the portal, he look around to see, creatures? and faeries? and..ELFS?? He backed up..and said worried and nervous "what is this place??" and a feminine voice from behind said "hello! are you new here?wait..a human...?no way! another human since Luz noceda?? Hi! I'm Anna! I'm a witch and this is the boiling isles!do you want me to show you around, don't worry I won't hurt you" he was shocked,and said "yes please show me around" and she continued to show him around, a couple months went by and the two got to know eachother their bond grew closer, they were best friends, eventually they found a way for him to go home, their favorite thing to do was to make paper crowns for eachother with sweet notes on the inside, as they said their goodbyes with tears in their eyes Anna said, "you know Jack I love you" And Jack responded with "I love you too," Anna said,"no I mean I love you."
Jack realized what she meant and as he was about to go through the portal Anna gave him one last hug.
and said "I'm gonna miss you." and Jack said "I'm gonna miss you too."
[a couple months later]
Jack got a knock on his door, unexpectedly it was Anna? she said "Hey Jack," with tears flooding her eyes , "Anna?" He said whilst tearing up. They hugged and said at the same time
"Paper crowns"
"Paper crowns"
Jack asked "did you keep my paper crown? I kept yours."
Anna replied "yes,I did"
It's been a couple of years but, we still have a friendship with an amazing bond thanks to paper crowns
