*Kenma's point of view*

Practice all day was a bit exhausting but luckily I was able to skip the extra training.

I found a peaceful spot outside and played some games on my switch.

For the whole day Kuroo has been asking me why I didn't tell him that I met Y/N before. I honestly didn't answer him, why should I? We didn't even exchange names and she has just said 2-3 sentences to me before already running off.

Getting some peace when you're surrounded by loud and energetic people is just what I needed. After a while I stood up and walked to the cafeteria for dinner.

I noticed that Y/N was taking a nap against the window. Akashi sighed and put her head onto his shoulder.

It's nice seeing that her teammates care for her but something inside me felt different right now.

I went to sit next to kuroo and ate. To my luck no one was talking to me.

After dinner I went outside on a bench to play a bit more. I was in a cozy mood so I played animal crossing.

It started to get even more dark before I even noticed. Well I also went out when the sun was setting so reasonable.

A few minutes later I heared footsteps walking up to me. Probably kuroo getting me inside to get ready for bed and go to sleep.

I was surprised when the person silently sat down next to me and didn't say anything.

I looked to my left side and saw Y/N. She also had a switch with her and when I looked at the screen she was also playing animal crossing.

I should ask her something but I don't know how! I've never talked to a girl to try to befriend her.

Y/N: Hey, do you want me to show you around my island?

Phew, what a luck she started the conversation. I nodded at her.

We exchanged switch users and she opened her gates so I could fly in.

I was welcomed by a character that's looks like her exactly. From what I could see is that she wasn't finished yet with her island.

I got out of the airport and she waved at me. We sat there in silence as she showed me around.

She was paying so much attention to details and it's as if I just entered a fairy core world. Playing with her was fun, even though we weren't talking.

Y/N: This isn't my first island. I once made one for cottagecore, winter core and city life

Kenma: Wow! Really? That's a lot isn't it? You must play the game often

Y/N: Yeah I do... You know, I never had friends so I always had free time to play.

Kenma: Oh... Are you alright with not having friends?

Y/N: Well I have some people to hang out now, the Fukurōdani team. But besides Akashi and Bokuto I would call no one my friend. I got used to it but sometimes it still gets lonely...

Kenma: If you want to then we could become friends? It seems like we have the same interests, besides I would enjoy having someone I can play games with

She looked at me surprised. She thought of the right words to say for quite some time

Y/N: Sure, I also need a game buddy after all!

And at that point we had exchanged numbers.

We continued playing until kuroo came outside. He appearantly searched for me so I would go to sleep.

He seemed surprised to see Y/N next to me and that we played together. Eventually Y/N bit her good bye and went to the other managers.

I stood up and walked inside the building with kuroo just after her.

When we got back to the room everyone looked up at us. Yaku asked where I have been this time. Nothing new that he asked that

Kuroo: Well he didn't get lost anywhere. But surprisingly I found him playing a game with Fukurōdani's manager, Y/N, and he looked super calm

Everyone was surprised and started to assume that I finally fell in love with someone and found someone my own. I of course denied it and said that we were just friends.

After a while they finally accepted it.

When I got my peace I got out my phone and decided to text Y/N.

Kenma:
Good Night!

Y/N
Good Night!:)

She responded fast which made me smile a little.

Soon I went to sleep and had a good and long sleep.

At breakfast Kuroo went to sit with Bokuto. I decided to sit with them.

When I saw Y/N come inside she was looking at the seat next to me and the one next to Bokuto. In the end she sat down next to me and started to eat her breakfast.

We sat in silence like always. Until this silence was ruined.

Bokuto: Y/N~ Can you help Akaashi set later? We get to play just our teams this morning and the others wanna try different things then setting

Y/N: Okay... But then I'll go back to my own setting technique. Akaashi's one is boring me...

Bokuto nodded. I didn't know she could set. Well I know she played volleyball before but that she could set was new.

*Y/N's point of view*

After a breakfast ended I smiled at kenma and left. Like I said earlier I helped the team set. However training with them was harder then expected

It's been a while I have trained like this and at the end at lunch, I sat down exhausted. I was catching my breath and looked around.

I saw Yachi walk up to me. She was concerned about me and asked why I was sweating.

I told her how I trained with my team and that it was tiring me out since it's been a while I trained like this.

She freaked out and said she would die if she had to train with the karasuno team and play with them. But she never played volleyball before so that's understandable.

After a while of talking I nearly forgot to eat lunch so I speed run eating lunch before go back to the gym halls.

Luckily I didn't have to do anything right now so I sat down on the chair that stood there for me.

Today after practice I had promised Yachi to teach her a bit of volleyball techniques, especially setting.

The other managers joined because some have never really played themselves. It was fun honestly and I was glad I could teach them a bit.

When the other got back inside I stayed outside on the bench. I told them I wanted to watch the sky a bit more but in reality I would meet kenma again. I wanted to show him the rest of my island today.

I sat down and got out my switch and opened animal crossing already. Not long after kenma sat next to me and we played in silence.

When we were done we went to go sleep. I really had fun with him.
