Chapter 1. The start

It was a pleasant day for Prince Luca. He was just taking a peaceful stroll around the castle, since he had finished all of his princely duties earlier. And luckily, his parents didn't assign him to anymore work today. So he was completely relieved. He had been planning on retreating from the world to the palace library, although this idea quickly came to an end when he was interrupted by one of his brother's regal guards.

"Prince Luca, Crown Prince Isaac has requested you to meet him at the door of the Nations Hall."

Luca inwardly groaned. He had just wanted to go to the palace library, but instead had to attend an idiotic meeting. He smiled kindly at the guard and responded, "I shall attend now, then. Thank you for informing me." He replied softly.

The guard bowed his head, turned around and left Luca to his own thoughts. He sighed defeatedly, not wanting to go to the Nation Hall at all. The Nation Hall was a massive four story floor that was divided into three sections, the left section belonged to the illuminar's, his own unjust and corrupt region, the middle area belonged to the hellsalions, the supernaturally powered region, and the far right section belonged to the Devilarahs, the region that is a threat to both illuminar's and Hellsalions.

Luca belonged with the Illuminars; a region that was practically filled to the brim with high tech. It had flying cars, holographic displays, and much more technology you could never even begin to imagine.

Luca lazily walked around the castle, trying to remember where the doors of the Nation's Hall was. He wasn't at fault for forgetting where the Hall was, he had to remember many things. He just didn't want to waste his time memorizing the way to the Nation Hall.

He then turned a swift corner, eyes widening slightly as he walked into someone's chest. He looked up, ready to apologize, but then he noticed that it was just his older brother; Isaac.

"Oh, it's you. Watch where youre going next time." Isaac said coldly with a hint of softness, and crossed his arms. Luca muttered a small apology and gave a small nod. Isaac groaned frustratedly and put his arm around Luca's shoulder and led him towards the door to the Nation Hall.

As they were walking, Isaac suddenly spoke, "by the way, theres some new people coming, too. So be careful and dont talk to them, got it? Actually, just dont talk to anyone from diffrent nations." He said as he pulled Luca in closer to his side.

"Got it, thanks." Luca replied softly with a small nod.

After few minutes, they finally reached a big, light blue door. There was 2 guards standing outside of it, they instantly bowed their head and opened the door, allowing the two royal brothers to enter.

Luca went to his spot at the fourth floor at the corner while his brother went to the third floor.

Luca boredly observed everyone around him, they were all just talking loudly and it was starting to give him a small headache, he ignored it though. The councelers and the King's and Queen's were talking below, all discussing something he didnt think was important.

After a while of boredly staring into space, he noticed that a guy from the Hellsalion's section was staring at him. Luca didnt know how long the guy had been staring at him but he stared back with a confused look as he studied what the guy looked like.

The guy was actually quite handsome and tall, with dark brown hair that reached his shoulders and looked soft and a perfect masculine shape. He was basically very handsome and good-looking, he seemed like the type of guy every girl would want. Luca could only guess that he was the Prince of the Hellsalions.

The other Prince that was staring at him suddenly waved at him with a smile that was quite charming. And so, Luca gave a small wave back with a small yet soft smile. His brother had told him not to talk to anyone from diffrent regions but he technically wasnt talking to him, so he didnt care at all. Plus, he might get a new friend too. So Luca was quite happy with that.
