After finally calling the Iron blood Bismarck, they went back to the base and to Bismarck's office
Bismarck (IB): So have you taken your time to see how the Iron blood isn't like that disgusting nation that calls itself Germany?
Bismarck (MD): Well indeed haven't found anything that could put out suspicion on, we are still inconclusive so while yeah we are going to join the Iron blood, we will be taking non-combatant roles for now.
Bismarck (IB): Well if that's what you want then welcome to the Iron blood.
And with this both Bismarck's shake their hands
A few minutes later
Hipper (IB): So you didn't try to convince them?
Bismarck (IB): Yeah, what else could I do?
Hipper (IB): Maybe just trying to get them to actually help us militarily! We need all the help we can get, or the royal navy will destroy everything our federation was built for!
Bismarck (IB): They need time to confirm we aren't like those monsters that call themselves Germans!
Hipper (IB): But we don't have that time!
Bismarck (IB): I KNOW! I know we don't have time, but what can I do? Try to convince them and risk them going to help the royal navy? For them to help the royal navy oppress us? We know what they do to their territories outside of the main Isle, but they don't! They don't know, they don't understand this world, so they can only compare to their world!
Hipper (IB): Alright I get it. But we don't have much time. They have the numbers and the technology, we can only hope to slow them down as much as we can.
Bismarck (IB): And we are doing a good job at it right?
Hipper (IB): Yeah
Bismarck (IB): Then let's just slow them down as much as we can, and get our Iris Orthodoxy friends to help in defending.
Hipper (IB): Alright Kommandat.
Bismarck (IB): I am also going.
Hipper (IB): Are you sure?
Bismarck (IB): Yes.
Hipper (IB): But you might get damaged.
Bismarck (IB): Thanks for caring for my health but this isn't time to care about that.
Hipper (IB): Alright.
And for the next few weeks it was mostly the same, Iron blood doing hit and run tactics on the royal navy trying to end all of the Iron blood navy
But the modern shipgirls didn't find anything that would make them question the Iron blood democratic beliefs and not only that there were elections coming up and they found out that it was multiparty and not a one party "democracy"
But the turning point on their opinion on helping the Iron blood would soon change
It was a usual day on the base, everyone was doing their work as usual, mostly preparing the submarines to attack royal navy supply vessels and royal navy destroyers at best and most importantly, the modern warships had international flags and white flags so they wouldn't be attacked in any way
Bismarck (MD): That's the last box.
Hindenburg: Yep, thanks for the help.
Bismarck (MD): No problem, they weren't even that heavy.
And then the alarms went off
An air raid was happening
Hindenburg: Shit a British air raid.
Hindenburg then activates her rigging and turns the anti-aircraft batteries towards where the aircraft were coming from and opened fire, so did the rest of the shipgirls and the land base batteries
Some air went down, but most of the raid still passed through and started their bombing run
Bunch of torpedoes and bombs hit the ships docked also hitting the modern warships, and so Bismarck (MD) on the moment went to fire against the attacking aircraft, with both anti-air missiles and CIWS against the enemy aircraft, making the modern warships enter the war against Azur lane
The raid quickly turns into a bloodshed as aircraft are taken down left and right by Bismarck's (MD) missiles, and soon the rest of the fleet had joined to defend themselves as it was a clear attack on their neutrality
Soon it was over as most if not all aircraft were shot down
But the worst is that the royal navy has messed with something they would soon regret
(End of chapter, I bet you guys are happy for another chapter here, and we'll I was bored enough to write so, anyways, finally the German navy ships are going to the action the part everyone was waiting for, well goodbye and until next chapter)
