Noah Templet, a truck driver with a tragic past, finds himself entangled in a chilling journey, transporting mysterious and disturbing cargo to a castle hidden deep within the heart of Louisiana. As he navigates the open road, Noah is haunted not only by his personal demons but also by the eerie nature of his deliveries.Born into a modest family in a small Louisiana town, Noah's early life was marked by tragedy. The loss of his parents at a young age left him scarred, instilling within him a sense of deep sorrow and an unyielding determination to find solace and purpose. Drawn to the freedom of the open road, he pursued a career as a truck driver, seeking refuge in the solitude of long drives and the hum of the engine.
Noah's path leads him to a peculiar arrangement, transporting various loads to a mysterious castle in Louisiana. As he embarks on his journey, he becomes increasingly aware of the eerie nature of his cargo. The items he carries range from mundane supplies, such as food and statues, to more unsettling and enigmatic shipments that seem to carry a sinister weight. Blood-stained crates and disturbing artifacts become a regular part of his travels, raising questions about the true nature of his deliveries.
The large big rig truck pulled into the long winding gravel driveway that led off the highway. It was a trip the driver had partaken in for the past few months. Each trip seemed to raise more and more suspicions to the lone trucker as he made his way closer towards the large castle-like structure. Parking the truck and trailer in the front circle driveway, Noah opened the door of the truck and slowly slid out. He removed his cap from his head and ran his fingers through his loose brown hair. It was starting to look shabby as it fell towards the front of his face covering his brown eyes. He needed to try and find a barber as well as a place to take a long hot shower. The drive from Missouri to the Louisiana castle took about ten hours straight. The trucker only stopped a few times for a bite to eat as well as a bathroom break. After dropping off this load, he would fuel up and try to get some rest at a truck stop. The middle aged man made his way towards the giant doorway with paperwork in hand. Noah found himself always drawn to the enigmatic castle like a moth to a flame. The air within its walls was heavy with secrets, whispers of forgotten tales, and unspoken horrors. He had so many questions but feared asking them. A job like this was hard to come by and he knew people like this didn't like questions.
Just as Noah reached out and knocked on the large wooden doors, the sun sank behind the large oak trees that were scattered around the grounds. The door creaked open ominously as a pale figure stood in the darkness. The large hand reached out for the clipboard in Noah's Hands and he gave it to them. It was a bit odd how they never seemed to step outside, but Noah brushed the thought away when the figure handed him a large envelope full of cash.
"Unload in the back." The male hisses before closing the door. Noah held the envelope and clip board that was returned to him as blonked at the door. He shrugged it off and stuffed the money in his back jean pocket before making his way towards his big rig. He then hopped in the truck and started it up. Suddenly anhand darted out and caught his wheel before he could turn it. Noah jumped back and glanced behind him. It was a young woman of Mexican descent standing behind him. She held one hand on the wheel and another on her mouth, signaling him to not scream.
" I am Judge Esmeralda Hernandez." The bronze skin woman spoke softly. Her long black ringlets of hair swayed as she made her way to his passenger seat.
"You are in danger." She declared in an urgent voice.
"Danger? How? And a judge? Like judge judy?" Noah's raspy voice spoke over the roar of the engine as he tried to understand what was happening.
"Long story short, those beings in there are not human. They are a group of werewolves called Rougarou. I am a judge or you can say God has blessed me with powers to hunt these creatures. I belong to the underground judges that are led by general pepper.the last guy who made deliveries here ended up on the menu." Esmeralda spoke fast and it was hard to understand and take in everything she was saying.
"Look lady, calm down and explain to me exactly what is going on." Esmeralda took a deep breath and started to explain.
