This realm itself host powerful entities and even Gods that are in each and every infinite ladder of the infinite Hierarchies.
The Crimson Scarlet Realm itself creates an infinite amount of different realms and it's infinite hierarchies that goes on forever.
The Scarlet Gods are known to exist in this realm. You could say that this realm, is the realm of Evil itself, as this realm host Evil Gods.
