Chapter 3: The Move

" First I'd like to know the situation in the vilenessia "  Suzu asked then 
Rosaria goes to the bookshelf and pulls out a map and lay on the table then 
she pointed at near bottom side of the map with a drawing matching of their nation
" this is where we are at "  She stated and Suzu nodded  " Our nation is called Petunia 
Kingdom then neighboring kingdom is called the Wisteria kingdom and the other
Neighboring is called Zinnia Kingdom  " then Rosaria keeps enumerating all 94 Nations
And Suzu kept the mental note about their names " as for the situation of the Vilenessia 
as you see 95% of the Vilenessia has been ruled  and conquered by the  evil otherworlders 
Not even the original strongest hierarchy stood a chance against them.  they got their 
lands invaded and taken over " before Rosaria could explain any further suzu raised her 
hand  to stop her from continuing " Looks like what luna said is true. 95 nations and 
Judging from this city's current situation that means Petunia wasn't been taken over
and the queen of this nation somehow remained. judging from the current situation
here this country became unappealing to my fellow otherworlders that means " 
She grinned with a shallow expression in her eyes this made rosaria froze in sight and 
curling her lips in sudden chills coming from Suzu's expressionism " I pretty much get 
The gist of it therefore i had a plan "  Suzu responded " May i know what is that plan all about"
Rosaria inquires  then Suzu stood up to and leans closer to Rosaria and whispers it to her ear


Rosaria's eyes widened as sweat trickles down from her temple her face but at the same 
she was amazed from within then suzu looks at her in the eyes with her glowing blue eyes 
" you are a very important piece to this plan, i want you to do your part mother.  
You are the Grand Duchess of this kingdom aren't you a rank second to the royalty " 
Suzu says to her mother as she goes back to her seat and sits down " i heard about your
Plan but how would you set it in motion-- " before she could ask she saw suzu had a 
Confident  smile on her this in term reassured rosaria and made her smile too  
" Understood tomorrow ill do something about this " Rosaria responded and suzu 
Nods her head, how suzu knew about the country's situation she was observed their 
clothing trends, listening to the footstep of carriages and different situations from her 
Room alone and it was solidified by her appraisal from four days ago, what was she's 
Doing four days ago before suggesting the plan she was doing expense and financial
management for specific years to come which she plans to hand to her mother later  on
Tomorrow arrived her mother managed to gather specific people on a specific role 
A Head Banker, the director of the mines,  the head of marketing enterprises and 
As well the president of the fishing and agriculture and lastly the head director of the
Apparel and Jewelry industries  " Please wait my daughter will be here in a minute " 
Rosaria says she pours tea for them while waiting for Suzu to come downstairs 


" Actually my daughter has a plan for this country" Rosaria says before one of them 
could ask when the banker actually is about to ask why they're here  " Your daughter?
how good is your daughter actually?"  the director  of mine asked her  " well 
She calculated my expenses and finances from daily to weekly to monthly and 
To yearly accurately she even know how to correct it all of that without calculator
she did that with just few bronze coins i left on table this leaves them speechless
Then Suzu comes downstairs and walks past by the the important people of their
nation and sat on the opposite side of their table she then crosses her fingers and 
looks at them with very cold stare they too felt a cold feet from that alone 
" Y-Your Mother said that you had plans for this country may we hear it?"  the 
Head of marketing enterprises breaks the  ice by courageously speaking to suzu
" as i expected this much, if my own kid can intimidate me then it goes the same
for them " Rosaria speaks internally " My plan is simple is to close  the borders 
of  the kingdom and stop doing importing to other nations  especially to the 
Neighboring nations like zinnia and wisteria " Suzu briefed " but if you  do that
our country's economy will fall! " the president of fishing and agriculture responded
And Suzu sighed and gave a very serious glare and the president froze " Our 
Nation's economy is already failing.  poor quality food and supplies are you
being serious? the only reason the neighboring country still buys our imported
Goods because of how dirt cheap they are.  are you all not thinking outside of box?" 


her sudden rise in voice yet subtle and cold this makes them shudder in their  seat
she uncurled her finger and placed her palm on the table and starts tapping the 
Table with her index finger " if you want the country to heal then do as i say " 
Suzu added this made  the important figures to look each other with weary looks 
and nod simultaneously " well then we agree with your plan but we need to get
Permission from the queen  to perform that "  The head banker suggested and 
Suzu stopped tapping her finger this made all of them paused " there's no need
About that she already knows " Suzu responded as if she expected them to suggest
that  " how would you know?"  the head director of apparel and jewelry asked 
" She has foresight aren't she "  Suzu answered and this simple answer made them 
Backed away from her in fear " H-How did you know about t-that?!" the director of 
Mine asked while stuttering in fear " a national secret isn't safe from me. i already
Taken to the account that the queen has a foresight " She then  raise her three fingers
" First reason is the country turned out to be right now. her foresight probably told her 
how dangerous it is to be on a warpath against evil otherworlders.  second reason 
Her Foresight has probably told her about the imminent fall of the country and
has tried looking for ways by looking into several future and only found one. but 
I wont tell you about what she saw even though i already guessed what it is. 
Third Reason is that i had my mother run errands for weeks and this semi 
Suspicious activity would of course wont go unnoticed by the foresight then she 
must already know someone is investigating it and about to make a move " 



Suzu then curls down all three of her fingers " The Three Rs or the three reasons 
one of the most useful common sense people tend to forgot this powerful weapon
if there's something then there are three reasons behind it " Suzu smile mildly 
this adds to the ominous atmosphere she already had created  " so are you 
still not gonna do my plan? " her smile fade into a stern expression looking at them
With her cold glowing blue eyes as if she's staring right into their soul all of them 
had a terrified expression painted to their face. except rosaria who is already 
has seen this side of suzu before  " Understood... we will do your plan we do not 
have any objections "  all of them bowed their heads to her to show subservience 
to her and she crosses her fingers together again and gaze upon them.  even they 
Are not looking at her currently she could feel her soul piercing gaze  " Mhm 
Then there's no further discussion you may take your leave now "  She ends their 
Discussion and dismisses them, the important figures excused their selves  
" Impressive you made them subservient to you that's something not even me 
could do "  Rosaria praises her " hmm really?"  Suzu asked and rosaria nods her
head to affirm that  " Well their roles will end after the plan bears fruition 
I need to uproot the bad roots before it withers completely the already dead tree " 
Suzu spoke in metaphor and Rosaria understood what she meant by that  she 
Then pour  a coffee on suzu's cup the other takes it and smells the aroma then drinks it
