Sara got to the station a couple minutes past eight. She walked nervously towards the woman at the desk to buy a one way ticket to London. Her knees where shaking and she started second guessing herself. "This is crazy, I shouldn't be doing this, I can't be going to London, I need to go back," Sara kept yelling to herself in her head. Her legs told her other wise. She took long strides to the desk.
"Hi, I would like a one way ticket to London," Sara said to the lady behind the desk.
"Okay sweetie, there will be a train leaving at half past eight and they are loading now if you would like that one," she ask.
"That would be wonderful," Sara beamed.
Sara handed the money over to the lady as she past over the ticket. Sara ran towards the train and hopped on. She throw her luggage in the over head and kept her backpack with her in her seat next to the window. Sara couldn't stop smiling and people must have noticed.
"Is... Is that seat taken," a nervous male voice asked.
Sara looked up to a young man in he's twenties. He had dark hair, pale skin, and these light blue/green eyes. Sara smiled back with a rush of blood going to her checks to give then a rosie look to her pale skin.
"Oh haha no you can sit if you like," she said sheepishly.
"Thank you," he smiled. She heard his slight northern accent.
Sara looked out the window and daydreamed about her life in London. All the wonderful adventures and the new people. Sara smiled more and more then she started thinking about where she would stay and how she will pay for things. Her smile stopped right dead in its track there. The man across from her noticed.
"Are you okay," he asked her in a near whisper.
"Oh, ah, yeah I guess so, just thinking about things," she responded.
"Anything you want to talk about,"he questioned.
"Ahh... sure I mean you might be able to help me," She smiled.
"Awesome, I love to help people," he smiled.
"Okay, well... My parents died about two months ago in a car crash. I want to leave the county side to go live my dream in the city. It's just I don't have a job in the city or a place to live and now I'm regretting this," she admitted to him.
"Awe, I'm sorry for your lost and sweetie don't feel like that. You should never regret your dreams. If you would like you could stay with me and my friend in my apartment. It's right in London! I mean that sounds weird since we just meant and stuff but my name is Phil Lester. I am not some crazy guy I swear," he laughed.
"Phil Lester? That sounds so familiar...," Sara said puzzled.
"I make Youtube videos, you might have seen one or two on the home page," he suggested.
"Oh okay, haha well Phil I just might take you up on that offer," Sara smiled, "My name is Sara Tyler."
The two talked the whole way to London and shared all sorts of life stories. Sara never felt so connected to someone like this in a long time. Hopefully his roommate is the same way.
