Scorpio's P.O.V
Parties aren't really my thing honestly. Especially with strangers. I mean if my friend was here, I'd probably sit with them but nope I had to be with a bunch of strangers and not only that... idiots.
But as long as we get a few drinks - hoping there are some - that would do. Maybe I'll feel less tense about this situation, not that I'm too worried but still something feels wrong. You don't give a mansion to your kidnap..ee ..... yeah, I think that's the word.
I walk in and I stand at the entrance for my eyes to get used to the dark room with the neon lights. It was easy to find it with all the upbeat music coming from the speakers all around. I was surprised to find it to be a neat party to be honest. there was a buffet table although it was only filled with chips and candy and what not.
And at the very corner of the table my spot. Bottles of different kinds of beverages all stood clasped together barely fitting on the table and lots and lots of alcohol. No, I don't have a drinking problem don't start assuming now, but I mean look at where we are! Might as well get our heads off all this nonsense at least for one night.
I made my way to the table past the taller people and when I got there, I found my spot to be occupied by some shady dude with not face wearing a hood over his head. Who wears a hood indoors? I mentally rolled my eyes pouting a bit, hesitant on approaching with my hands in my pocket and my hood over my long black hair. What? I can do that! I don't wanna match with a random idiot! and I am Not removing it first.
He seemed to have acknowledged my staring as he moved over a bit giving me a space next to him to lean on the drinking table as well. As if. I poured myself a drink and stepped a little away from him crossing my arms with one hand holding my drink as I sipped from it and scanned the room. I was late but I guess I just missed the awkward start because everyone seems to be comfortable with their own thing. Some idiots talking, some laughing some dancing, one idiot attempting to breakdance with a fail to do so, another idiot standing next to me sipping from a cup of what seemed to be a non-alcoholic beverage.
"What" He caught me by surprise when he talked although he was looking straight ahead and not at me. I frowned deeper, my face grimacing into a pretty judgmental one.
"What" I scoffed back raising an eyebrow now. His head snapped towards me as he narrowed his eyes for a second before turning back. I looked him up and down for a moment before deciding to turn away as well and as soon as I did...
"You're staring." My head spun back towards him so fast I thought I heard a crack.
"No, I'm not"
"Were."
"No"
"Yes"
"No, shut up!"
Yes, you were."
"NO"
He turned back towards me calmer though, and our eyes met...I didn't recognize the guy, well duh we barely met everyone. But the darkness and his hood made it harder to recognize him.
Suddenly he smiled softly and chuckled. "Fine" I could smell the alcohol on his breath or maybe it was me. Or even from the table we were next to.
"I was Not" I insisted.
"I said fine" He smiled wider, and I rolled my eyes but met up with his again.
"Aquarius" He introduced before leaning a bit on the table again as I leaned next to him, and we watched the room sipping our drinks.
"Scorpio" I said myself before realizing he said my name as well in sync with me. I looked at him narrowing my eyes yet smiling a bit. He recognized me.
"I know" He continued looking back at me as well.
"Another?" He asked turning as he poured himself more. I gulped down mine the alcohol burning my throat.
"Yeah" I said with a quite hoarse voice motioning him my cup.
We kept on chatting trying to keep the conversation going, we went on and on losing count of the amount we were drinking, but it was starting to show anyways. My vision was blurring, the room seemed to be spinning or was I the one spinning? I couldn't tell. Laughter, a lot of it.
"Wanna dance?" Escaped my lips I almost didn't know I was the one who said that.
"Sure" Voices, Loud music, giggling from my part, blurry visions.
Colorful lights. Movement. Sweat. I didn't know where I was, and I don't remember anything. Who am I? Where am I? What is going on??
Next thing I know it, I'm puking my intestine out in a toilet. Gosh. Just how much did I drink. It's all because of Aqua who kept adding to my drink.
Wait? Aqua... EW WHAT THE HECK? What's with the nickname?!!?
That's when I suddenly felt a hand on my shoulder and something tenderly holding back my hair. As I was about the look over my shoulder the hand pushed me aside a little and the one in my hair gently pulled my head, so I was tilting.
"Sorry gotta join in unfortunately" He quickly mumbled as his head popped from above my shoulder and he puked in the toilet.
I turned my head away from Aquarius before the nausea got the best of me.
After all that disgusting scene, we sat on the bathroom marble floor in silence. I occasionally glanced up at him until our eyes met, I could see a gaze in his eyes showing the effect still hasn't seized off of him. My face still burning and his cheeks blushing I'm guessing from the same exact reason, alcohol.
I slowly stood up making sure I have a stable ground as I leaned my hand a little onto the sink before offering him my other. "C'mon you idiot..."
He smiled stupidly before grabbing my hand and stumbling on to his feet.
But he didn't just stop there. My eyes widened as I realized he wasn't going to stop any sooner. Bro was falling right on to me. I flinched hard closing my eyes and turning my face to the side in the process. I couldn't move with the weight of a huge ass body and the sink behind cornering me.
