Chapter 1

"May Joyce it's time to get ready." Today I go out to the real world. Today I never sleep in my old bed again. Today I'm an adult. I got up and took a shower. After that I put on a shirt that said "so chic" and my long jeans with holes. "Honey do you want me to drive you?" My mom asked. I could tell she wanted to since it was the last day I see her in a while, but I'm in college now so I couldn't show up with my mom. "No mom I'm fine." I said.

A couple hours passed and I hugged my mom good bye. She was crying but I had to go because my flight left in 30 minutes. I quickly left. I went to the airport and got on my flight. It took an hour to get there but it felt longer since a little boy kept kicking my seat. "Please stop." I would say. "No I'm a king and I don't take orders from peasants." oh well.

Finally I got to the campus and went to the information booth to get my key to the dorm. "Can I please have the key to room a5?" "Sure thing hon lets see. Name please." "May Joyce." "Okay May your roommate is Aaliyah Crunch." I quickly left and rushed to my dorm.

"Woo hoo yaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!" I heard. "um excuse me?" "Raise the roof." I heard again. okay. I let myself in and I saw a girl with dark brown hair and deep blue eyes. She was wearing a dress that had dark purple tulips. "AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" She screamed. "s-sorry I didn't mean to frighten you." I said sincerely. "Oh it's fine." she said. "Well my name is May, May Joyce." I said as friendly as I could. "Hello May my name is Aaliyah Crunch but you can call me Al." she said.

She studied me for a second. "Well I'm going to the Club Rush." she said. "You wanna join me?" "Nah I'm not much of a party girl." "May it's not a party it determines which club you want to join." she shot back. "Fine." I replied."
