Why was she mad?

Her heels clicked as she stormed downstairs. Even before Jisoo could open her mouth to talk to Lisa, Lisa passed by like flash, surprisingly, mingyu following her from behind.

She kept walking, when her daze had stopped and, she realised her feet stung, She stopped to take a minute to look around.

Where was this?

Even worse, her heels had cut an injury on to her feet. She crouched down to look at foot. She took her heel off and sighed. A tear formed at the corner of her eye and drooled down her jade face.

When she wiped it off, more and more formed. It was a dark place, judging by her phone screen, it was probably about half an hour after she walked out that suffocating door.

She still couldn't breath properly. Suddenly, she dropped her Celine bad and let it all out. As more and more tear drops slid down her eyes, she felt moisture on her head.

Great. Now it's raining.

"Why...Why is it always me..?" She cried and yelled at the dark surroundings.

Suddenly, the moisture stopped from above. A shadow dawned over her head. She didn't have the strength to look up but she brought herself to do so.

"Who..." her eyes caught the sight of someone she didn't want to see there.

Mingyu.

"Great. Now you can see how bad my marraige life is." She sobbed harder.

Mingyu's face softened. He crouched down and wiped her tears with his thumb. "Yah. Cry as much as you want. I won't look." He had a sympathetic smile on his face as He hugged Lisa.

Lisa couldn't bring herself to continue the act and she cried even more. "Why? Why am I sad..?" She muttered a million times, causing even more tears to roll down.

A while after, when she felt her eyes dry out, she looked up. Mingyu looked back at her with a smile.

"I'm sorry." Lisa murmured.

"Its fine. Are you okay?" He asked her, handing her a handkerchief that had his initials on it.

K.M.G

She wiped her tears with it and gave it back to him. "You can keep it. I'm guessing you don't want to go back in there..?" Mingyu replied to her actions.

"Ehm. I need to meet my in laws there." Lisa avoided eye contact with mingyu. Was it wrong of his heart to flutter at a married woman? Was it not if she wasn't treated right?

"I'll give you a ride." He opened his car door.

"I- Its fine. I'll take a taxi."

"Its about 8pm, you won't find taxis around this time. Not in this neighbourhood anyway."

"Oh." Lisa tried to walk, but she knew her legs were sore and hurt. She gulped and picked her heel up.

Mingyu offered his hand to Lisa, who looked at him dumb founded. As if she didn't want to take his hand.

She ignored his hand and got into the car.

Mingyu got in and started the car.

"Just so you know, I cried leaning against you because I had no energy. Not because...." She trailed off.

"Not because you trust me." He finished it off for her. He looked at her and followed her sight, which led to her injured heel.

"Lisa. Your feet." He said.

"I know. It's fine." She wiped the little blood with the corner of her dress and put the painful heel on again.

"Uh...I have a pair of heels at the backseat, you want wear that?"
