Mm hmm hm... hmm hmm hmm mh hmm...
I hummed softly to myself as I made my way down the dark streets late this night. Waking under every street light felt like I had the spotlight on me and the empty streets felt quite welcoming.

I glanced over at all the buildings around me and how they looked abandoned, left alone. Streets all engulfed in darkness.

With every step I took, I could feel the light pain of the tip of my knife stabbing into my thigh, contrasted with the feeling of a warm stream slowly falling down my leg. The red was seeping through my jeans.

Ignoring the pain, I looked over at the line of Sakura trees which made their way down the street. Up the road I could see the studio, which I began to make my way to.

I could hear my footsteps as I walked over the stones that were scattered over the road and sidewalk.

My legs stopped walking as I was standing in front of the studio, looking up I sighed. I hated my manager for making me work with that entitled idiot. And now after that photoshoot yesterday my manager wants me to take part in another shoot with that jerk.

Knowing I couldn't even open the doors of the studio to get in, I turned around and began walking back. My ears focused on each of my steps and how they happened all in the same amount of time. After a while, my footsteps began to sound unsynchronized, as through they happened to double, one going faster than the other. That made me realize those weren't mine.

I glanced back momentarily to see a man behind me who seemed to be following me at a higher speed than I was walking. I brought my pace up and turned a corner to make sure that man was truly following. Looking back, I saw him turn the same corner and move faster.

Sighing, I turned my attention back to the dripping of blood down my thigh. The knife.

I weave my hand into my pocket past the bright purple hoodie which that Kaedehara guy gave me. I wrap my fingers tightly around the handle of the small knife before slipping it out of the blood stained pocket.

I kept the knife tucked in front of my chest just in case as I carefully glanced back at the man. The man looked sketchy even if he wasn't giving off the following vibe, that dude was wearing full black with the hood over his head and face to hide his facial features.

The man did begin to speed up which made me begin to think about why he could have possibly even began to follow me. My jewelry? Probably not. Phone? It was in my front pocket, no way he could have seen it. The hoodie? Maybe, because it's the famous models and he probably knew that.

After what seemed like decades, I felt arms grab me and pull me back. The man lodged his hand in my hair and held onto it tightly as he dug his fingers into my hip. I felt that same feeling of trickling blood but going down from my hip.

I yelped before closing my eyes and using my knife. After a few seconds, I opened my eyes and gagged seeing I stabbed that thing into his eye. After a minute, the man collapsed onto the ground and I took the hood off of him. It wasn't someone who I recognized. Which made it even more odd on why they could be following me.

Inclosing my fingers around the handle of the knife once more, I yanked it out, pulling the eyeball up with it. Taking the eye off, I glanced down at the blood covered hoodie I was now wearing, "Awww noo... Dang it, I actually kinda liked this one even if it's that brats..."

My eyes moved over to the jasmine before they made their way back over to the blood dripping from the knife. I brought it over and dripped some blood onto its petals. It was time to see if I was hallucinating or not.

After moving the body to the side, and sitting on the sidewalk for over ten minutes; I looked down to see if it actually did bloom. And there it was, that exact blood red that the man's blood was.

I looked at it for a moment trying to figure out how this is possible—there was no way a dead, fallen, flower could bloom from a single droplet of blood especially if it wasn't even planted in the ground by a stem.

Staring at it for another few moments, I sighed and picked it up off of the hoodie and planted it lightly down onto the body of the man. I adjusted the petals and stood up. My hand was dripping with the mans blood from my murder.

Moving down, I wiped the blood on my hand off on the man's black hoodie. I stood up and made my way down the street.

Soon, I felt my phone buzz in my pocket. I pulled it out and looked at the new message I had received.

'I've got another job for you, Kunikuzushi.'
