Finally, the competition night arrived.

Gemini, nervous but proud presented their project- a portable, AI-powered ultrasound device that could be used in the remote areas where there is the lack of good infrastructure. Which can help the doctors and the patient both.

And Fourth, with his great communication and speaking skill, presented the presentation, which can help the judges and hundreds of people watching this how to operate the machine.

After that, both the partner stood by each other's side. Beamed with a mixture of excitement, pride and nervousness, they found their close ones cheering for them, and smiled at each other. Their parents watching on the TV found their chest filled with pride.

Their presentation, a perfect blend of medical knowledge and engineering ingenuity wowed the judges and the people. Soon, everyone was told to take a break and after that the results would be revealed.

As everyone dispersed, The partners went down the stage to their friends and was given some mental support which they lacked. Their mouths were immediately stuffed by the mother figure of the group, Milk.

"You both done so well, gemfot.. you must be hungry, now don't say anything and eat this, Maa prepared for you with so much of love.." said Milk, giving no chance to anyone else to speak.

Everyone just smiled and gave thumbs up to the duo as they knew they have no chance to speak. Seeing how dedicated they were for this competition, they all prayed for the dou's victory.

Soon everyone gathered on the stage again. So did the boys.

Crossing their fingers in excitement and holding each other's hand side by side in nervousness, both of them masked all their emotions with a straight calm face. So did the other competitors.

In some time, all the judges came discussing something having serious look. And handed the MC a list which contained the names of the winners along with their tool.

And, MC began to speak, he spoke so many things but no one payed much of attention and finally he came to the announcement

"And, the winner is.... The WInner IS.... NINE AND NOOK with AI generated ming reader..." Some Other students cheered.

And, all the excitement took leave from the younger boys' face. Fourth's emotion changed in the swift of a second. But the older still held his hand being optimistic and assuring him.

"Let's move for the next winner.. and second prize goes to....TO.... GEMINI AND FOURTH with the AI generated Ultrasound..."

Gemini pulled Fourth's hand and jumped in air so rapidly that the younger would have stumbled. The expression changed swiftly, like a small kid they celebrated their win.

Everyone cheered, and the younger being a little emotional, cried on their victory. Soon the crying face was embraced very warmly by the boy who was merely 4 months older than him. They congratulated each other.

After all when you put all your effort in that thing, then rank doesn't matter to you, everything that matters is your efforts. They didn't make the tool for rank but to help other people who needs it.
