1. You must go to sleep on time before 11:00 p.m. at the latest.

3. Make your bed and clean up your room every day.

5. No touching without Daddy's permission.

7. Walk 30 minutes every day.
8. Yoga/breathing exercises for 30 minutes every day.
9. Dress decently and appropriately.
10. You must wear panties when stepping outside the home.
11. You must act and behave like a like a lady, like a good girl for the outside world.
12. No cursing or using bad words as filler words.
13. Positive affirmation: "I'm worthy, deserving, and beautiful."
14. You must treat others fairly, well, and with respect.
15. You will never ghost anyone. You must be upfront if you want to stop talking with someone.
16. Smile and promise to allow yourself to stay happy.
17. NO napping or sleeping during the day.
