Hyunjin's pov:

I look at her, at my side while she was sleeping, my arm around her neck, she looked so delicate, so clean, I never deserved her, her glass- like skin was shining under the battered light, all the noise from my surroundings became background noises, my focus came to her. Her slow breath, her plump, soft lips beckoning mine to connect with hers. I lean in the slightest, but then something holds me back. Something strong. Something.. what do you call it? Mental. I lean back on the sofa, loosening my slightly tight grip that was once before. I run my other hand through my hair, cursing to myself for even thinking about doing that again.

Y/n's pov:

I feel warm breath breezing on my skin, my eyes flutter open to see Hyunjin's arm around  me, I sit up and see Hyunjin looking at me.
"Uhh.."
"Hey Y/n." He said coolly
"How long was I out for?" I say, rubbing my eyes.
"Not too long. Probably 20 minutes."
"That's not bad." I say, getting up from the sofa. Hyunjin follows me and I say,
"Guys! It's 12:00 am!! Midnightt!! Let's go home."
"One more minute, I wanna sing 'Have Mercy' By Chloe Bailey." Keeho said
I roll my eyes and say, "No Keeho, you won't wake up for the gym tomorrow if we don't go now."
"Keeho, let's just go." Ni-Ki said after.
"I'm getting quite tired as well." Jackson said.
"Me too." Jungwon said
"Me three" Kai repeated after.
"Me four." Junho said
"Me five, I guess." Hyunjin ended.
"It's 6 against 1 Keeho. Let's go, we'll come another time." I finally said.
"Okayy.." Keeho said with a yawn. "Now that I'm thinking about it, I'm quite tired as well."

I nod once before starting to leave, all the members following behind me. Once we had left, the cold breeze caressed my skin, triggering my goosebumps to cover me. I shiver slightly, then I feel a warm arm on my arm. I look up and I see Hyunjin before he says,
"Geez Y/n, you are going to turn into an icicle, what the heck??"
I laugh softly before saying, "I didn't know it was going to be this cold."
He smiled and handed me his bomber jacket he was wearing.
"Take it before I regret it." He said jokingly.

There's the Hyunjin I know. The old Hyunjin. The best Hyunjin. The one who takes care of me in a banter sort of way Hyunjin.

I take it from him before saying,
"Thanks."
"Not anytime." He said jokingly again
I look at him and roll my eyes. Thank gosh this situation is over. We head in the car and warm up before leaving, I fall asleep in the drive, I wake up on a bed tucked in, who did this? Oh, it would've been Hyunjin.
