Author's note: since I know that y/n is kind of a running joke among fanfics, I've decided that I'll follow the lead of the game and use m/c

Adapting to the devildom was an arduous process. How could it not be? The people, or demons should I say were different, some being incredibly hostile while others were nicer, like Diavolo. The food was a whole different issue though. It smelt rotten at times, some of the food moving as if it was alive, which it probably was. The textures were almost never consistent so any kind of familiarity was out the window. Thank God there are shops that sell human food. You could've sworn you were just going to starve.
The brothers were, well, the brothers. You had long gotten used to their fights by now. Along with the occasional meltdowns from someone. Whether it be Lucifer chastising his brothers, Asmodeus throwing a fit because someone messed up his skincare routine, Belphegor attempting to kill someone because he got woken up, Mammon whining because he wanted attention but then aggressively denying that he actually cared for you, Satan getting pissed over God knows what, Beelzebub eating tables and chairs, and Leviathan ignoring everything and freaking out when someone dated to even breath in the direction of his room.
And that's where our problem begins. Levi has always been so jealous. Why can't he have the same things that everyone else does? He wants it. And that's where you come in. The new person. So interesting so different. Someone who showed him kindness. No matter how weird he was or how obsessive he was with his interest, you listened. That same gleaming smile on your face that never failed to make his cheeks burn.
But that made everything worse. He had to watch as his brothers fought for your attention, hoping and praying for a moment that he could convince you to hang out in his room. You care about him right, m/c? You wouldn't ignore him, that would be cruel.
So here you are, sitting down next to him as he played his game, occasionally offering you the controller and teaching you how to play. It's been hours. Looking up from the screen to make eye contact with the Otaku. "Levi, I promised Mammon that I'd hang out with him today. Something about a new way for him to make money. Like those have ever worked in the past." Your words were spoken with a breathy chuckle, finding amusement in your own words.
Levi didn't find it funny.
In fact, he hated it.
An empty pit fell in his stomach, the shy smile that was once on his face turned into a frown, brows starting to furrow beneath his slick bangs. "B-but, m/c, we're not done yet. You haven't beaten the level." His voice was pleading, almost desperate before shoving the controller further into your grasp.
"But, Levi. I need to go. I'm sorry I didn't get to spend more time with you, but I can't just ignore everyone else." Your chuckles are more painful as you force them through your teeth, doing your best to play it off as a joke. But Levi seems serious. You've never seen such fire in his eyes before, even when he got pissed off at a game or Mammon stealing one of his figures.
He won't let you go.
Not that easily.
The palms of his hands were clammy, his heart rate spiking when you denied him once more. "What am I not doing that they are?!" His voice rang out with vitral.
"Huh?"
"Why are they better than me? I'm doing what I should, you seemed so happy whenever we talked, so why do you want to leave?" The fear on his face grew to a snarl, face twitching as he tried to comprehend the fact that you have other friends. You can't. He should be your only friend. He's all you need.
"You can't leave, m/c. I won't let you." You struggled against his hold, all of those video games must've really helped with his grip strength.
"Levi, let me go! I'm not leaving you forever, you know!" You shout as you struggle harder and harder to get away from him. The air feels frigid, making it feel as though it's impossible to breathe. You notice Levi's eyes dart around the room as if searching for something. But what?
The question lingers on your mind when you see him reach over to something. What is it? A... Ribbon? Of course that goddamn Ruri-chan costume he got to add to his collection would be your downfall. He takes the ribbon and ties it around your wrists, and eventually ties it to his dresser. Lucky for you, Solomon has failed to teach you how to use magic to get you out of restraints amidst him almost getting you killed by summoning hellish monsters. Why? Because plot convenience.
"You know they'll realize I'm gone, right? They'll look everywhere and they'll find me, Levi! Just let me go!" You plead, although it's more of a demand by the tone of your yelling. You're angry, you're scared, but You're defenseless.
Levi frowns harder when your yells increase. "I may have not thought this through, but I'll find something out. I'll be enough for you. Maybe you'll learn to just stay with me. Then we can just play games and watch anime together." His rambles continue, he's never learned to stop talking when people don't seem to care. But now you're here. You'll listen to him. All day and all night. It's just you and him. And that's how he likes it.
Sitting back down in his chair, body trembling faintly, he smiles. Finally, he'll be the most important person in your life. No one will be better than him if you only know him. He slides his headset back on and returns to his game, glancing back at you in his monitor. "You can just watch me play for now. And after, how about I put on your favorite show?"
All you want to do is yell, scream, but you can't you know it won't do anything. Hopefully the others care about you enough to look for you. He seems so happy, like this is all he's wanted, and that makes you sick.
He won't let you leave him.
Not now.
Not ever.
