     Shouts. That was all she heard as the chaos took over the ship, the crew runing from side to side struggling to keep the ship on course as the storm was moving it as waves crushed against the hull of the ship and make it bounce.

"Hoist the sails! Keep the rudder heading northwest!"

     She could hear the captain order his crew with all the strenght his voice could use, thunders and waves making it hard for him to be heard

"Sir Japetus it's not safe here, go inside with your family"

     The man turned to see the blonde person that was holding the child's hand. He was tall and slim, with a beard covering his face making him look a bit older and wiser

"We are good captain, this weather is harsh but we must handle it. You should focus on keeping this dirty ship safe!"

     Her father sayed with a firm yet worried tone as this storm wasn't losing strenght and many marines have fallen off the ship. As the little girl tightened her grip on the other hand once the man let her go she look up seeing a beautiful woman with light brown hair tied in a high bun and blue eyes

"Darling, maybe we should go inside it looks like Rea is scared and the sea is really angry"

     The tone the woman spoke was soft and tender as her voice was a piece of the best silk you could find, placing a hand on her husband's should she make him look at them

"Skadi my dear, we are ok i will protect both of you. I swear"

     The man smiled to her wife's and used his hand to ruffle his daughter's hair. But when they looked to the front, everyone faces paled, a monstrous wave have raised and was coming at them. The first in react was the captain, puting his weight on the rails of the second flor he shouted the loudest he could

"Turn the helm to the left! Quick or we are going to get crushed, the rest of you row with all you got!"

     This made the sailors snap as everyone started to row as the helmsman turned the helm to the left as it was ordered.

     The crew's efforts allowed them to avoid getting crushed by the wave but it still hit them with enough strenght to damage the hull of the ship and the water started to entered.

"Captain this is bad, the hull was damaged by the wave and we have water entering the lowest levels already!"

     One of the sailors shouted to his captain as everyone on the ship felt how it was fliping to a side. As the captain turned to the family that was at his side to grab the man's shoulder and pointed to another direction with his hand.

"Sir Japetus, Lady Skadi. Take the chest and go to the emergency boats now! This ship can't be saved!"

     The captain pointed at that direction as the woman took her child in her arms as she started runing to the boats, her daugther hiding her face on her chest as she runed the fastest she could.

"Mommy i'm scared! What's going to happen to the ship?"

     The girl asked her mother with her eyes wet as tears were fighting to appear

"Don't cry, sweety. You are going to be ok, mommy will protect you. I promise"

     The smile the woman gave to her daughter was genuine but it hid the concern of an inevitable fate. As a second large wave raised and was going to the ship again.

"Rea, my little mooncake. Promise me you will live without regrets and follow your dreams wherever they take you."

"Daddy! Mommy! Why?! I want you to come with me"
