The day after a long night..

You woke up with a bad headache.. sitting on the bed while holding your head, you looked around the room the similar room that you have seen before "uh.. how i came here?.."

A girl with short hair opened the door and came in to see the other girl woke up "Y/n-chan~ finally you woke up.. i had to take you here as i didn't wanted to let the drunk you go alone"

You looks up at her with a smile "Thank you Rena-chan, for bearing me all night" you hold your head and hisses as it hurts

Rena and y/n have been friends from their middle school and now they are going to the same university, it's their first year. They both are more like sisters than friends. Rena's apartment is nearby a city so it's always noisy so mostly they spend their time together at y/n's apartment as Rena likes it more..

Rena looks at you "I can see you are having bad headache so go and fresh up I'll get you the hangover soup and feel free to take any of my clothes" she smiles and gone back to her kitchen to make hangover soup

You got up from bed carefully taking necessary things you need and goes to fresh up.. after you were done you wore a white top and black skirt with your long hair down

You looked at the mirror for some seconds while thinking 'I need to move on from him.. i have troubled my loved ones because of the break up.. if Rena-chan was not here.. then i would have been so depressed'

With that thought you gone downstairs to see Rena. Rena placed the bowl of hangover soup on the dining table and looked at you "Oh you came? Now come and have this"

She pulled you to the chair as she sits beside you "Are you feeling better today y/n-chan?"

You took the soup in spoon, blowing it while nodding at her question

Rena took her phone and scrolled through social media "well i know you are not.. but it was not your fault y/n-chan so he doesn't deserve the tears that's fallen from your eyes"

You looked at her and sighed "I know rena-chan but i couldn't help it.."

Rena knew you are going to be sad again so she tries to change the topic "well miss y/n do you know how mess you were last night?"

You tried to remember what happened yesterday

last night...

Rena was waiting for bus at the bus stop to go back to her after her first date with a stranger as she was finding someone to date while she was waiting she got a call 'y/n-chan?' she attended the call "Hey y/n-chan!"

You on the other side sobbing after calling rena "Rena-chan!!! He left me.. I'm so lonely"

Rena was speechless after knowing you were not on your mind "Y/n where are you now? Are you drunk"

You answered her still sobbing "I'm at xxxx liquor store"

Rena gasped as it was already night and there might a lot of people and y/n gone there alone "I'm coming there now so stay right there!" Rena hang up the call and took a taxi to the store

Rena saw y/n all drunk and laying her head on the table. She goes near y/n and tapped on her shoulder "hey let's go back to home"

You looked at her and throw yourself on her while sobbing more and shouting "Rena-chan he left me!!" Rena managed to sit you back on the chair as she sits opposite and sighs

"It's been almost 2 weeks y/n-chan.. and he is living happily but look at you.. all wasted" she looks at the table to see 3 finished bottles

"You seriously drink this 3 bottles alone?" you nodded your head and shown 3 with your fingers "he wasted my 3 years so I drink 3 bottles" Rena sighed at how dumb that is

You slammed your hand on table gaining rena's attention "Do you know? After 3 years he called me on a date to say.. he fell for another girl" she sobbed "didn't i give him enough love?.. or am I ugly"

Rena looked at you almost wanting to throw her hands "Just shut up. You are not ugly! Well.. i already knew he was not perfect for you.." she said as she looked away not wanting to see her bestfriend sad

You looked at her and whispers "you knew?.." she nodded still looking away. You still looked at her before shouting "Sir i need another bottle please!! My bestfriend betrayed me!!"

Rena looked at her "Wha- WHAT DO YOU MEAN I BETRAYED YOU?" you looked at her sobbing hard "You knew he was not perfect for me.. but never told me.. AND I WASTED 3 YEARS WITH THAT BASTA*D!!!"

Then you both started shouting random things at each other till the shop owner came and kindly asked to get out

That's how their night gone

Present time..

Rena chuckled thinking how silly they were shouting at each other while still scrolling through social media "It's was so glad that the owner didn't beat us"

You looked down embarrassed drinking the hangover soup "I'm s-so sorry about the mess rena-chan.."

"Don't be sorry haha it was a memory to remember too" she said looking at the phone then suddenly something took her attention it was a online dating app advertisement "y/n-chan you should try to get in this app and find someone so that you will move on"

You tried to peek at her phone as she shows it to you "It's a dating app.. you are a extrovert but don't go to meet someone if they ask suddenly take your time and get to know them first.. well atleast I think you will get someone better than your ex"

You hummed and thought for sometime because it might make you feel better and you took your phone "What's the app's name?"
