jessie was pulling into her sisters drive way when she noticed a car parked out the front weird she thought because no one was home indi and her girlfriend had gone away for the weekend on a work trip together so jessie was meant to be dog sitting for them she just thought the car might of been the neighbours since it wasn't exactly in her driveway more on the grass in front of the house jessie unlocked the front door just thinking about things when she stepped inside hanging her jacket up that was wet from the rain but she heard the tv in the living room she felt her heart drop she ran to the kitchen and got a knife out the draw

jessie tip toed into the living room no one was there but the tv was on that's when someone walked into the living room it was a man jessie screamed causing the man to yell out of fright she held the knife up "WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU" she yelled in fear holding the knife up "IM JARED" he yelled putting his hands up "WHO" she yelled "JESSIE PUT THE KNIFE DOWN MAN IM YOUR SISTERS FRIEND YOU KNOW JARED PADELECKI" he yelled she put the knife down "jesus" she said "what are you doing here" she asked "i'm dog sitting" he said confused "what" she said "no i'm dog sitting" said jessie "huh" said jared "oh my dear lord indi accidentally asked us both to dog sit" said jessie putting her hand on head

"you idiot you asked us both to dog sit" said jessie on the phone both jessie and jared sat on the couch "i almost killed the big fella" said jessie jared raised his eyebrows at her "no offence" she said "your just really tall" she said indi laughed "stop laughing" said jessie "sorry sorry" said indi "so who do you want to dog sit" said jessie "you guys figure it out" said indi right before it cut out and the call got ended jessie groaned there a loud bang of thunder outside causing jessie to scream out of fright jared jumped getting startled from both the loud noice and jessie screaming "don't laugh" she said pointing at him he put his hands up "i'm not" he said it was quiet for a few minutes "so" said jared scratching his hard "let's just cut to the chase who is dog sitting" said jessie trying to get out of the awkward situation as soon as possible "well i don't have anything planned for the weekend so if you have things to do i'll dog sit" said jared "your a lifesaver thank you" said jessie "speaking of the dogs where are they" said jessie jared looked around jessie called there names "jesus" said jessie getting up she walked to indi's room both dogs where hiding in the bed together from the storm jessie laughed petting both dogs

jessie walked back to the living room she was going to grab her stuff and leave jared was sitting on the couch watching something before an alert came up on the tv telling everyone to stay indoors and not to go everywhere until tomorrow morning due to the weather "your joking" said jessie dropping her bag on the couch jared laughed jessie groaned "guess your stuck here tonight" said jared jessie gave him a fake smile "i'm going for a shower" said jessie walking away

jessie was sitting in the living room her hair still damp from the shower she yawns scrolling on her phone "hey" said jared jessie yelled out of fright "jesus" she said he laughed "i made pasta" he said giving her a bowl "did you poison it or" she said looking at it "no i did not" he said sitting on the other side of the couch it immediately felt awkward "so do you want to watch a movie" said jared "sure" said jessie eating the pasta "you pick" said jared "no you can" said jessie "right" said jared looking at the movies "does this look good" said jared "yeah yeah" she said

the whole movie felt awkward no one really said a word the tension was crazy jared was focused on the movie occasionally he would look over to jessie to see if she was enjoying the movie he noticed something about her whenever there was any noise from the storm she would get startled by it and gasp or just jump not that it annoyed jared he was just confused because some of the noises weren't even that loud jessie was trying to watch the movie but something about jared made jessie look at him jessie didn't want to admit it but he was definitely cute but he did look a lot older then her she was "i'm going to wash up and then head to bed i've got to get out of here early tomorrow" said jessie getting up putting her hand out for his empty bowl "what are you doing tomorrow" said jared trying to make small talk "just a meeting with my manager" said jessie walking to the kitchen washing up the bowls and walking back past the living room "goodnight jessie" said jared smiling "night jared" said jessie

jessie had her sisters room and jared had the guest room down the hall jessie got into her sisters bed it was always so comfy she always had it filled with pillows and fluffy blankets
