As Eloise had gotten into her wedding gown, she felt tears prick her eyes. The ceremony would be on her home planet. The Duke Leto was kind enough for this. As servants tried to get Eloise not cry it and cheer her up made her feel more like crying more.

This was the last time she would be on her home planet. A planet that everybody she knew and loved would be gone from her grasp. She felt a little tense but took deep breaths.

The servants were glad that their Duchess would stop crying. Eloise looked at her dress in full view. It fitted her perfectly. It had been handmade by one of the most finest designers in the Empire.

A gift from the Emperor as her father stated. But Eloise knew this was more of a pity gift.

She took one last deep breath before nodding. She would walk down the aisle shortly.

The servants, some who were her half siblings but were forced into being servants or soldiers, looked at her with envy. Eloise tried to block them out and had her personal knight stay with her every way she could.

Once the room was clear and it was only Sir Isaac and Eloise, she spoke up.

"I won't lay with him."

Eloise voice showed sadness and frustration.

"You have to, my love. The Emperor is doing this for a legitimate child to be born in the Atreides House."

She frowned at her lovers words. But she stopped when she felt his hand on her delicate face. His hand gently trying not to ruin her makeup.

"But I will be there for you."

"Always?..Even after I produce an heir for another man?"

Eloise asked with hesitation.

Issac smiled at her gently.

"Even after you have children with a different man."

Issac knew that he would never get to live old with Eloise. Not how he wanted to. Issac was from a Nobel family but that wasn't enough for him to marry Eloise. So instead he became a soldier of Eloise's.

He would die for her, has killed for her, and would do it again in a heartbeat.

In his eyes Eloise was the most beautiful girl he saw. He loved being around Eloise. He remembered the first time they had kissed to when they laid under Eloise's sheets.

All of this to just be thrown out.

"I will be accompanying you on Caladan, until your father pulls me back."

Issac carefully stated.

Eloise nodded. She knew that Issac would never stay permanently on Caladan as he was still part of a noble family.

"I want to say I- "

Eloise was cut off by servants approaching the room. Issac pulled away his hand as he stood straight by the wall, in a soldier position. Eloise turned away to make it seem as if nothing was happening.

Different servants had entered the room. They had a different complexion than what other people had on this planet. Then it clicked to her, these were servants back on Caladan.

She looked confused.

"Excuse me?"

A servant bowed to her as they looked up at her.

"Where are my other servants?"

Eloise spoke very softly. The servants smiled at her. They were happy that their Dukes wife was kind.
