It didn't take long for Findara's injury to get fixed up. She thanked Casiphia for her help and they began walking to their next destination.

"So where are we headed?" Findara asked curiously.

Casiphia responded in a Mysterious tone, saying, "Just a place that holds great significance to me."

This piqued Findara's interests even further. Casiphia was never one to keep secrets, at least about most things, and Findara couldn't think of any place Casiphia could take her to , that she hadn't already visited herself.

Findara felt an immense closeness to her as if the bond they shared had been forged over a lifetime. Although Findara occasionally wondered about Casiphia's origins, it was a topic that was never broached. She decided to leave it as an enigma, believing that if Casiphia wanted her to know, she would have revealed it herself.

"I suppose that means you won't be telling me then" said Findara.

"Nope! You'll just have to wait".

Findara smiled to herself.

The two girls walked throughout the town, passing by hundreds of people who were carrying out their own lives. Each and every one of them had a story of their own. She wondered what hers would be, and where Casiphia would fall into it.

Soon they approached the outskirts of Orchid Valley and found themselves in Cazelle Meadow, which wasn't too far from a forest. The view was astonishing. Before their eyes lay acres of open field that were adorned with pink clovers and white orchids, that danced in unison as the gentle breeze caressed them.

"This is beautiful" Findara said in astonishment.

She had never been beyond the outskirts of her home in Orchid Valley; always feeling too comfortable to leave.

"Is this what you wanted to show me?"

"Not exactly" Casiphia chuckled. "But it is a part of the experience".

Suddenly she looked up at the sky with the biggest grin on her face and threw her hands up into the air. The wind blew her long white dress with lace trim, ever so elegantly.

"Isn't it lovely?" she asked with her eyes shut tight.

"Yea. It's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen" Findara said while grinning at Casiphia.

She wasn't talking about the view. She was talking about her.

"This is life." Casiphia exclaimed.

"The air, the sky, the alluring scenery; and getting to share it all with you."

She turned to Findara and softly grabbed her hand with intent.

"Thank you for being my friend" she said with the sincerest tone.

Friend... Findara thought.

Is that all Casiphia would ever see her as?

"I've only been as good of a friend to you,  as you've been to me" she said wholeheartedly.

Casiphia gave a sweet smile which then quickly turned into something mischievous.

Findara cocked a brow, wondering what she was up to.

"Come on, I'll race you" Casiphia said as she started to run. "The last person to reach the forest has to treat the other to Vanilla pumpkin tarts!".

Despite her large head-start, Findara eagerly accepted. She was never one to turn down a challenge. In fact, she loved a good one.
