It is currently 2030 in the USA and in the White House's Oval Office President Henry Roosevelt is currently looking at bills to either pass or reject, and as he was looking the door opens and he looks to see the door open and the president smiles on who it is it was his vice president and wife, Abigail S. Roosevelt maiden name Truman.

(Oh yeah, Trump has lost the elections once again after losing to Roosevelts great grandson and there are no restrictions in the US that government employees can't marry each other)

Mr. President, speaks Abigail S. Roosevelt.

The president responds back.

The Vice President then smiles and talks back.

Then the president got off from his chair and walked to his wife and the 2 embraced each other, then suddenly the 2 of them heard rumbling underneath them leaving the 2 confused, then Roosevelt spoke.

What was that an earthquake?

Before his wife responded the door slammed open and 2 secret service agents ran to them and one of the agents shouted to the president and vice president.

Mr. President, Mrs. Vice President get down!

Then both he and the second agent held both of them as the 4 of them got on the ground, meanwhile outside of the white house all across the US which includes Hawaii and Alaska both the Americans and tourists panicked and ran trying to get to cover bracing for what would be their final moments, the same thing is happening in Japan as both Japanese natives and tourists are also panicking and got down as they also believed that they could die at any moment, however that's not the case the 2 countries have disappeared from earth and with it American bases from all around the world also disappeared.

1945, witches world

Liberion

In Liberion more particularly the oval office President Franklin Roosevelt was working, then suddenly it has become dark from his own desk, curiously he turned around and is shocked to see a ultra class neuroi and to his horror he could see the neuroi's laser charging and pointing towards him, he closed his eyes and smiled knowing that he had no regrets and most of the military and witches are out of Liberion fighting, and he closed his eyes and in his last moments he reminiscence about everything from his childhood all the way to now.

Then it happened the Oval Office and the White House was destroyed from the neuroi's laser and the same thing is happening all across Liberion, Hawaii, and Alaska as the neuroi kept on firing their lasers their objectives are clear get rid of Liberion as they have been an obstacle for their domination, the same thing is also happening in Fuso as the neuroi also in the progress of destroying that nation, and after about of an hour of continuous firing the aliens have done it both Liberion and Fuso are completely gone, disintegrated from constant laser barrage.

(Don't worry this happened after the Strike Witches movie so Shizuka is still alive, and Kitagou escaped the constant laser barrage so she's also alive, and escaped to Korea or Joseon)

Happy with their victory the neurois left finally got rid of 2 nuisance countries, but unfortunately for them god saw what they have done, fury and anger filled him. He decided that enough was enough, these aliens killed his children throughout this war and made the decision to bring 2 similar yet alien nations he had 2 goals in mind the first was for the aliens to be destroyed no matter the cost and the second one is to let the 2 nations help foster remnants from 2 great nations.
