Kunj Sarna:

A chocolate boy and heartthrob of many girls but to their dismay already taken.
Happily married to love of his life and has 2 children.
Strict doctor as well as father. Doesn't tolerate any disrespect or negligence towards study and health. Everyone in the house and in the hospital are scared of his anger except one.
He owns his own hospital which is top 1 trauma center for the last 3 years continuously.

Twinkle Sarna:

Beautiful as an angle from heaven.
The one and only who can make the khadoos and strict Kunj Sarna dance on her tunes but even she can't say anything when Kunj goes into his Dr. Sarna mood. Loves her children more than her life of course which mom doesn't. She is a lawyer Ceo of a Taneja firm ( hierarchy). Comes from a rich background.

Abhimaan Sarna:

The Asian parents approved 👌.
Topper of the class, calm, mature, obeys everything twinj tells him in short the " the Desi parents wala good boy "
He is scared of medical stuff and injection but obeys kunj's advice as he knows his dad will always do what's best for him.

Agastya Sarna:

Complete opposite of Abhimaan they are twins but one is north pole and the other south. He is an average student but studies just a few days before the exam and get 90 - 92 %.
Not scared of anyone except Kunj, gets angry quickly ( well he gets it from his father ) mischievous and pulls prank but in a limit doesn't disrespect anyone and can charm even the 😈, teacher's favorite. It's like class doesn't feel full without him.
Not scared of injections

Both the boys are handsome ( well genes😉🤭 ) But Abhimaan is the quiet with book wala type while Agastya is sports guy, good at almost every sport.

Many people requested Parth Samantha as a cast so I casted him as Agastya he has got that mischievous features and I casted Varun Kapoor as Abhimaan
