It wasn't that long ago my family had a fall out.It was pretty ugly.Some very hurtful things were said.
Some fought,some cried,some screamed and some left.
I left.I needed to,I wanted to and I knew if I stayed maybe I wouldn't be where I am right now.

"Boss you have a meeting with Mr.Kapur in twenty minutes."said my assistant.
To be honest I wasn't sure if I'd meet up with this man.I know he is our top investor but so what.
I didn't feel like talking about business.Not now at least.All I wanted to do was get home and have a nice warm bath.
I dismissed her.After she had gone I put my crap together and left.I drove to the cafe where this old man wanted us to meet up.
I prepped myself in the car.I walked into the cafe looking for him.When I saw him I forced a smile on my face.
"Mr Kapur how are you?"I asked.
"Am good Vanessa how about you?"He asked.
"Am good,am sir Why?"I asked motioning to all the documents that were on the table.I wasn't about to help this old man to go through some files.
For fucks sake he had an assistant.I didn't escape work to come do more work.
"Oh this no biggie,were waiting for someone."He said.
I internally groaned.I didn't want to stay here any longer.But I had to for some reason.
I ordered a mocha and a muffin he had green tea.Before our food came Caden came.I mean am not upset but does he have to be here.
He took a seat next to Mr.Kapur."Son this is Vanessa,and Vanessa this is my son Caden"
I already knew this prick we met at the gala that was held last year but I didn't know he was Mr.Kapur's son.
"So shall we go through the contract Mrs Evans."He said in his deep voice.
"You can call me Vanessa."I said.He nodded.
We went through the files and documents since Mr Kapur left earlier.After signing the papers we left.
I still couldn't believe that he was Mr.Kapur's son.If I'd known earlier I wouldn't.
Never mind,maybe he forgot.Yup he forgot.Maybe yeah
