It was just another long, boring day at the world meeting, but surprisingly this time everyone was behaving. Well, except for prussia and america, they were throwing paper balls at each other everytime germany turned his back away.
But other than that all was good.
As you looked around the barely quiet room you're eyes stumbled upon the person to the left of you....england.... he was sleeping with one arm holding his head up, and as you stared at the sleeping brit you started to grin forming a plan.
As you reached your arm towards him you finally just pushed his arm out from under him really quickly then pretended you were busy as you heard a thud and a groan.
That's when you looked over to him, "are you alright Arthur?" you said smiling.
After he got done rubbing his head, he then answered, "oh, yes, I'm fine (y/n), i think i just fell asleep again"
You start to giggle right when he said that because it was getting hard to hold it in, as you giggled england had looked over.
"Oi, what's funny?"
"Oh, nothing~" you stopped giggling right when germany said that the meeting was over.
You watched as everyone got up and left leaving you and a few others, but when you went to leave you felt someone tap your shoulder, turning around you noticed that it was only america laughing.
"Hey (y/n) that was pretty funny on what you did to iggy"
Once he said that england came over to the two of you asking, "(y/n), what is he talking about?"
"Oh, nothing~"
He then gave you a serious look.
"Ok dudes, I'm leaving" said america nervously while walking away
After a while you finally broke the silence, "oh, come on england, why so serious?"
"Tell me what you did or i'll do something"
"Oo~ lets see what you'll do~"
"Fine then!" He yelled as he pinned you to the wall making you blush
"Tell me what you did" you simply said "never" making him start to tickle your sides causing you to uncontrollably laugh until you blurted out, "fine! Fine! Hahaha! I'll tell you!"
He then stops after hearing those words.
"England, when you fell asleep I sort of pushed your arm out from undr you"
"(Y/n), that wasn't funny that really hurt my head" he says setting you free from between him and the wall.
"No regrets!!"
"Oh, really, you'll regret it later when I take you home"
"Why? What are you planning kirkland?"
"Oh, how does prussia say it. Hm~ invading your vital regions, or you becoming one with me in Russia's case."
Hearing that you start to grin "then lead me home my darling pirate king"
"Does this mean we're together (y/n)?"
"Of course"
"Then i can finally do this" he says gently kissing you, but the kiss was shortly lived as you heard wolf whistles from the remaining countries hiding behind the large door, making you and Arthur separate and blush madly, as you said "well, tonights gonna be a long night"
