More than 48 hours ...

Chapter 1

May 28, 1999

It was an average day at Whiteland High. It was 5th period, and Vivian and Tyler were heading to their 5th class, (Math) Tyler hated math, but on the other hand, Vivian loved it. Their math teacher was a pretty laid-back dude, he was calm and loved his students. Mr. Anderson saw Vivian and Tyler head into his class and sit down.

Vivian noticed that Micah came in and sat right next to her. ¨Hey Viv, how are you?" he asked her in an excited tone.

She replied, "I'm good, you?" But before he could answer, Mr. Anderson walked in and started teaching. Tyler was obviously bored.

Then, Charry walked in and was extremely late. She made eye contact with Mr. Anderson and gave him the look, you know that look.

"Sit, I'll talk to you later." It creeped her out and caused her to usher to her seat.

45 minutes later...

"Well... there's the bell," Mr. Anderson mentioned. All the students got up and left for their next class.

Vivian noticed Octavia in the halls; walking up to her and hugging her just a few seconds after spotting her. Tyler went to the Cafe and met up with Josiah, Micah, Athena, Octavia, and Vivian. They all sat down and started talking.

¨Bro Mrs. Gavyn is the best,¨ Micah mentioned.

"Nah, Mr. Anderson is," Tyler countered, and then they argued about who was better.

¨Guys, STOP!," Josiah raised his voice, "it's cute y'all are arguing over Mr. Anderson and Mrs. Gavyn, but...¨

He paused to take a breath and started back up again, ¨But Mrs. Lynn is the best and I can name ten reasons why. Try me.¨

They all stared at him. "Ok, I dare you to name 6," Micah said in a challenging voice.

"Ok, bet, ¨ Josiah responded, "1. Bro, free candy whenever you want. 2. She is the kindest teacher ever. 3. She never yells. 4. She actually teaches us, 5. you can tell her anything and 6, she loves all her students. There, happy?"¨ Josiah said in a sarcastic tone.

They all laughed and moved on. 

"Does anyone know what's for lunch?" Viv asked. ¨ Sorry dude, no clue¨ Josiah told Viv. She looked away as their table got called up to get food. Then, the announcement came on.

"Can we please have Ace Marie, Athena LoveGood, And Nolex Wallan To the office?¨

"Oh no, what did I do now?" Athena thought. Ace thought to themselves Dam, I wonder what this is for. Nolex sighed but got his pass and went to the office.

Mr Mowery was waiting at the door for the students. when they got there he told them to have a seat and they listened." As y'all know the school senior and Junior camping trip is soon and ur teachers have selected you to be their helpers your cabins." Mr Mowery announced as they listened. He allowed them back to lunch and they left with smiles.Of course other students wanting to be nosey asked what happened.

7th Period.

Tyler and Josiah walked to class and Tyler gave Josiah a quick but passionate kiss before they split for their classes. Octavia saw Tyler walk in to  Mrs Lynn's class ( Science)  and she sat down next to him and started talking while waiting  for Mrs Lynn to start. Mrs L walks in the class and pulls up a powerpoint on things to use to to there sex cell project that the students will be starting for their end of year project. and soon enough the bell rings and all the  students get up to leave. 

Vivian and Josiah were talking at their lockers when the bell rang and both of them were late for 8 period but Mr King didn't write them up . They were working on  stuff for next year's musical not too hard but their class was cut short by the dismissal bell rings and they all catch their busses and  go home for the weekend.
