It wasn't often that you would open up to someone. It was usually people talking to you, asking for you to listen. You are an Angel that was supposed to be your whole purpose right?
Yet when she gently brushed your hair back behind your ear, and invited you into her dorm, Wednesday was out for time. You couldn't refuse.
You found yourself sitting on her bed, with her right in front of you, her wolf claws came out just in the slightest as she traced circles around your skin in comfort. You talked to her about what has bothered you the most."I don't know I mean.... You know how mean people can be... about you know body types and mine isn't the best one... I mean I'm chubby and people always say that's I'd look better if I was skinny or had different eye color... and I... I don't know... maybe they're right"
"No Dahlia. They aren't. Everyone wants the most beautiful body and the most beautiful face. But that's for the media to sell. What you have is natural and real and it's gorgeous.. Because it's you who has it. There's nobody else who is you other than you. And I think you should be proud. I think you should love yourself and love how beautiful you are. Because I do." Enid said with a smile, as she ran her claws down your arm.
"But what if it's not? What if they're right and maybe I should lose some weight? What if I was smaller maybe I'd be prettier, or maybe if I was taller..."
"Don't you dare talk like that.. There's plenty of people out there who are skinnier and taller. And what good does it do them? You're beautiful in your own skin and don't let anyone tell you different okay? If they do. You come find me. I'll sort them out." Enid said as she placed her hand gently on your cheek, smiling at you. She brushed a bit of your hair out of your face.
"Why are you so nice to me?"
"Cause you're my friend. The best friend I could ever ask for." Enid said with a smile. As she leaned towards you, placing both hands on your cheeks and holding them. She looked into your eyes and smiled. Her claws gently touched the edge of your lips, tracing a line on your bottom lip.
Dahlia couldn't do anything but smile.
Enid leaned her face in slightly closing the gap between the two of you, her lips almost touching your own. She breathed in slightly and looked into your eyes, her face flushing a light pink. She looked as if she was debating something internally.
"Enid wha-"
Enid didn't hesitate any longer, she closed her eyes and gently touched her lips to yours. Her hand slid up and into your hair, holding the side of your face ever so carefully. Her lips parted slightly, allowing her tongue to caress your mouth ever so softly.
Dahlia hesitantly parted her lips.
Enid couldn't help but groan slightly in the back of her throat at the sight. She ran her tongue over yours, allowing her fingers to slip out of your hair and into your shoulder gently. She tilted her head slightly in the process, allowing her to explore you. Their lips stayed connected as she started to explore your mouth, her tongue pressing against yours. She wanted this..she wanted to see if you wanted it..and what you'd do in return. She pulled away from you for a moment, and looked at you as she caught her breath. She looked as if she was trying to process everything that had just happened, but she could barely manage as she looked into your eyes, her breathing still slightly shaken."That..that..was.."
"I-" Dahlia started but nothing came out.
"Do you..do you like me?.." Enid asked between breaths. Now her curiosity had peaked. Her emotions were running rampant in her mind. She wanted to know what you thought. Her eyes stared at you expectantly, almost as if she expected you to turn her down. But the way you kissed her felt so right. She wanted you to want her back. She wanted you to admit it.
