she always knew what to say, what to do being deemed perfect by others
I guess that's why she always managed to catch peoples attention
y/n was lost in thought, feeling calmed by her surrounding woods as she swung from the makeshift seat she and her friends had made
"hey, y/n" she turned around too see who was calling to her, it was Katsuki Bakugo one of her close friends, although only being four they seemed to compliment each others personalities as both children were bold, confident and outgoing, and don't forget both had powerful quirks that had manifested around the same time
she turned around giving him a grin, surprised to see him stood alone without their other friend who was usually next to him Izuku midoriya, although he was more different than them leading to y/n usually protecting him from bakugo who thought more lowly of midoriya because of his lack of quirk
hey katsi! she giggled, where's the rest of the group huh? bakugo laughed saying "who those extras? who even cares" the boy scoffed, softly he mumbled looking at the ground "its not like their better than us so I didn't think there was any point of hanging out with them", "awwe don't tell me your going all soft on me now katsi" the brunette smiled teasing her friend. Bakugos eyes widened as his cheeks turned a light pink "shut up nerd like hell I am!" he scoffed proudly telling the girl how she should feel lucky he wants to hang out with her crossing his arms looking away, "yeah yeah whatever you sayy" y/n smiled
alright then lets go play tag! bakugos your gonna be it since im faster! the girl exclaimed
And that's how their life was, although after that day something changed in the dynamic..it seemed bakugo decided to once and for all stop being nice to their friend and began acting worse towards Midoriya, breaking the trio the kids had and leaving the girl to hold onto old memories and have wishful thinking hoping their relationship would one day be fixed
