Brantley tried everything he could to calm her down, but she couldn't take it. She started screaming and crying. She continuously mumbled word after word "I killed my best friend, I killed my best friend..." And with that she fainted and fell into a deep sleep.
*2 months later*
*MaeLynns P.O.V*
"The days have been rough, but I'm making it. I'm so tired of everyone feeling sorry for me. They've convinced me to feel sorry for myself too. Well, at least that's what the scars on my wrists are telling me. The last 2 months has went downhill fast. I got in a car wreck and accidentally killed my best friend, and I found out my ex-boyfriend was cheating on me with my sister Mariah and I didn't tell anyone of course.
(Narrator)
Anyways it's just another regular day at Carson High. Everyone's smiling and is happy but of course there is MaeLynn in the bathroom stall eating her lunch. No one liked her now that Cass was gone. Cass was her one way ticket to popularity and Cass was her one way ticket out of popularity. MaeLynn didn't understand why everything was happening to her. She had no friends. The only thing one she had closest to a friend was the new guy Ange.
