Your trip to Kijimi had been successful.

You had found Lerona.

With only the information you had gathered from your visions, and the waning light of the evening you working against you, you had managed to find her just in time. Lerona was alive, and thanks to Techs medical attention now stable and resting on your bunk.

Now back in space, the blankets were back up as the wall between rooms separating the bunk space from the rest of the ship. Lerona was bundled up, and you had spent some time untangling and loosely braiding her hair while she slept. Her face was more rosy now, the blue lips having warmed back to red, and her eyes would flutter but not open. The remainder of the melted snow had been cleaned up off the ship, and you were kneeling at her side as the Havoc Marauder quietly flew through space.

You were watching her breath slowly, not noticing the time slip by, and every moment hoping she would wake up. You didn't see Tech standing in the 'doorway' created by the blankets, silently watching you. While emotional communication and comprehension was not his strong suit, Tech had been practicing and could imagine that right now you felt the way he had felt while you were in your coma. Tech had done his best to stitch you up, and address your wounds, but you had been so deeply sleeping that nothing had stirred you. Tech had moved in to the medical room and slept on the floor while he waited for you, and seeing you now kneeling at Leronas side brought those feelings back to him.

However, this peaceful waiting need to be interrupted for the moment.

"Y/n" Tech said, and you turned to him, your heart delighted to hear his voice call your name. "we're having a meeting in the cockpit. I've come to fetch you".

You didn't reply but you looked back and forth between Tech and Lerona, which caused Omega to come down from her room. Omega was in her relaxed clothes, holopad in hand studying her lesson. But she put it down and sat next to you after noticing your reluctance to leave the sleeping apprentice's side.

"I'll stay with her" Omega tells you, her brown eyes expressing her kindness.

"okay, thank you" you reply, slowly standing and then walking back to the front with Tech. You go through the blanket doorway and make your way past the computers, but you feel Tech grab your hand stopping you in your tracks.

You turn back to Tech, seeing his eyes watching yours closely, you could sense an uncomfortable tension.

"I know this is about getting Lerona" you comment "Lets talk".

Tech didn't say anything further, but you could tell there was something on his mind. Honestly, seeing Tech thinking about something made you nervous. For someone who always had a clear well researched opinion, seeing him skeptical like this was ... kinda frightening. You continued your stride with greater anxiety for the discussion to come and Tech reluctantly lets go of your hand and follows behind you.

Everyone except Omega was standing in the front cockpit, and thankfully the ceilings were high enough to support this. Tech remained in the hallways doorway leaning against the wall and able to see the whole group. Wrecker was seated on one of the secondary chairs to Tech's right, which he had swiveled sideways to face the walkway. You stood with your back to the outer door, Tech on your right and Hunter just on your left standing in the walkway. The ship is cruising peacefully in autopilot, a function that Tech had completely reprogrammed to his desired specs, and Omega was still back with Lerona. It concerned you that Omega was not present, but you knew that this could be because of the topics which might be discussed.

"Alright" Hunter said, looking among the group members and gauging their feelings "I'll get straight to it".

You tried not to tense up, but you already had some suspicions about what was going to be brought up.
