The Oddities Orphanage

Chapter 12 - The Fight

Foxy had walked in that day expecting what he usually expected from his friends.

All the "Heys" and the "Hi Foxy's" and sometimes he received hugs, but that day he didn't get anything he was confused at first but when he finally made his way to the noise he heard coming from the backyard he discovered way nobody was inside.

Everyone was outside either cheering or yelling with concern for their friends who were currently fighting, waving their fists at each other and occasionally getting a hit on one another.

"Hey! What's going on?" Foxy asked as he tried to get closer to the commotion to try and see who was fighting.

He didn't even realize who was next to him when she answered his question. "Lolbit and Puppet are at it again." Ballora said to him, Foxy shock his head 'Again?!' He thought to himself, 'I thought we finally shoved their rivalry!?, he so naively thought.

He ran closer to the two in which Puppet was on the ground clutching his blood dripping nose, slowly gaining a black eye. and Lolbit was standing clutching her knees as if she won but was exhausted, and had blood dripping from her mouth with what looked like it a tooth or few missing.

"Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! You two stop this at once, what's this about?!" Foxy cut in and jumped between the two to prevent them from trying to hurt each other again.

Some people in the crowd groaned and some sighed with relief that an idiot like Foxy jumped in instead of them, so it'll be him the one who gets hurt instead of them.

This was also the first time Foxy actually realized how many other orphans were living in this orphanage, he amused there was more than his little friend group but he wasn't sure until now.

Puppet got up into his feet and took a few breaths before saying, "She started it!" Lolbit looked at him in disbelief, "Me?! You were the one pestering me about whether or not I had a crush or not!!" They both started to yell at each other again. No one being able to understand what they're saying expect for a few sentences which were "You hit me first!" "You were making me uncomfortable!" "I was only trying to make pleasant conversation!" "Pleasant conversation doesn't include literal death threats you actual psychopath!"

Foxy stock his head and yelled, "Enough!" They both stopped, Puppet scoffed and Lolbit huffed. "Clearly we're not getting anywhere, so we might as well start from the beginning." He rubbed his face, it was too early for this. And by early he means it's 7:30am as he checked his phone to open his notes app to take notes to solve this case.

"Ok who wants to start us off?" He asked. Lolbit looked at him like he was stupid or something, "Are you really going to pull a detective thing?" She huffed. "Of course, detective Foxy is on the case!" He cheered. By his cringy statement most of the other orphans went back inside the building seeing as the fight was over and didn't care about who started it.

Foxy looked around him and rolled his eyes. "Guess this losers don't know real talent." He muttered to himself, the only people that stayed were Springtrap drinking on of his specials, Ballora who looked exhausted and tired, and Freddy who was playing in the sandpit and was covered from head to toe in sand.

Something definitely happened today before Foxy arrived. He had arrived at the orphanage at 7am with his father. He then had spent the last 30 minutes looking for people around the orphanage to finally discover the noise from outside and decided to investigate.

"Ok. From the beginning, how did this fight occur." He said. Everyone looked confused he sighed. "Who woke up first?" They all let out long ohs. It was slight before Freddy said, "Ballora is always the first awake." Pointing at her.

Ballora looked around frantically like she didn't want that information to known. "Freddy!" She whispered harshly. "What? How else will people know that you barely sleep due to your problematic relationship with-" He was cut off by a hand.
