"Preeti, did you wake her up?" Manish asked, his tone sounded cold as he stirred the food on his plate.

"Not yet, papa. I'm just going," Preeti replied, her voice trailing off as she walked away.

"Good morning, everyone!" Krish declared as he took his seat next to Nishant, a bright smile illuminating his face.

"Where are the other two, Krish?" Nishant inquired, a hint of curiosity.

"Both are in the gym, Bade Papa," Krish answered, casting a grateful glance at Preeti as she served him food.

"These two," Karuna sighed, shaking her head incredulously.

"Dadi, should I call them?" Atharvi piped up from the dining table, peeking over her, Karuna smiled and nodded affirmatively.

"Yes, please, princess. Bring them by their ears," Manish said, affectionately patting Atharvi's head. She squealed with delight and dashed upstairs.

"When is the doctor's appointment, Nishant?" Manish asked, his brow furrowed in thought.

"Day after tomorrow, papa" Nishant replied, exchanging a worried glance with Preeti.

"What's wrong, Nishant? Is everything alright?" Karuna asked, her eyes narrowing as she noticed the tension on their faces.

"Actually, the doctor called Aarav and Priya to discuss the report," Nishant explained. The atmosphere turned heavy, all eyes darkening with concern.

"I'm enough for my daughter; I don't need anyone's company," a voice echoed from upstairs, drawing the room's attention. Atharvi was in Aarav's arms, with Agastya standing beside him.

"But Aarav, she's a mother," Nishant protested, watching as Aarav took his seat, a hardened look on his face as he regarded Atharvi.

"Princess, you called us. What about your Vedika Di?" Aarav smiled, Atharvi slapped her forehead playful and dramatically.

"Oh no! I forgot, papa. Let me call her," she exclaimed, hopping off his lap and racing upstairs.
