CH.14: STAY SAFE

"What d-doctor?" A tear fall from his eyes. "She is well. We've said she lost bloods a lot. Also her brain is injured. For the problem and some of her health issues, she's in coma. We don't know when she'll able to wake up... we're sorry but we tried our best to save her." Eunwoo froze at his place to her doctor's words. "You can meet her now." She left from the place after speaking.

Eunwoo stays silent for a while. But he felt a little relieved to hear she is well. He entered in the room to see Y/n. Her face is body is full of many bandages. Eunwoo sat down on a nearby stool. He holds her hand, then he puts it on his cheek, "Y/n, are you okay? Sleep well, but don't forget to wake up for me okay?" He said.

Y/n is in coma so she wouldn't able to response or talk. Eunwoo tilted his head then placed a kiss on the back of her hand. Then he again look at her, "I won't behave bad with you, I promise! I'll treat you like a princess! I'm sorry about what I've done with you earlier..." He continued. "And your hubby is here, beside you. Don't worry. Just sleep well but, also wake up for me." He smiled at her with pain.

He let go from her hand. Then Eunwoo starts to caressing her head. He is trying to stay happy cause she isn't died but still, many peoples also died for coma. She is sleeping. She couldn't feel any types of touch or hear talking for coma.

Around ten minutes, he stayed there. Then Eunwoo got up from the stool to leave from the room. He went to meet with the doctor again, "Ahmm doctor, can I take 307 number room's patient to personal cabin?" Eunwoo said to the doctor. "Yeah but we need to observation her for 24 hours. Then you can take her to any room." The doctor said. She was busy so Eunwoo didn't say anything.

He left from the place. Eunwoo left from the hospital for a while to bring her medicines and his stuffs cause he is planning to stay with her even she is in coma. He drove to the house. He rings the doorbell. Eunwoo got no response. He remembers about earlier, when Y/n always open the door quickly with a cute smile which made his day good. Now she isn't here. Eunwoo used key to enter at the home.

He looks at everywhere. Eunwoo's footsteps echoes the empty mansion. He went to Y/n's room then saw her when she is cleaning her room. "Eunwoo you came!" Y/n smiled at him then ran to Eunwoo. Eunwoo also opened his arms to hug her with a warm smile but her figure vanished away. He realised it was just a delusions, imagines. Eunwoo remembers she is in hospital. Eunwoo sighed. He is still sad to accept the fact that she is in coma.

He walked to her room then he opened her closet to bring some of her clothes. But, a diary fall down on the floor. Eunwoo surprised to see the diary. He picked it up from the floor. Eunwoo opened the diary then he saw one text over it "Y/n's personal diary." He was about to close the diary but he became curious to know which she feels, what does she writes.

Eunwoo couldn't resist his curiosity, he took a deep breath then opened the diary. "My dear diary, you know today I went to my first blind date with a man named Eunwoo? He is so beautiful, but he doesn't likes me, that's why he stayed cold with me. I'm disappointed with it but I like him." Eunwoo's eyes widen to see Y/n likes him. He turned another page.

"My dear diary, today I'm not single. I'm engaged with Eunwoo in a marriage relationship. In the weddings ceremony, he kissed me on my forehead which made me surprised haha. But Eunwoo's mansion is so luxurious, just like my dream house! He doesn't like me. He even said we'll stay separately from each other. I'm sad...I have no one to tell what's on my mind. I wanted a happy marriage life.."

Eunwoo felt guilty to see that. He turned the pages and sees many words about Y/n, about her feelings. The more he sees, the more he becomes sad. But in one page, he couldn't hold back his tears.

"My dear diary, today we both went to party. Eunwoo knows how to make my heart beat fastly. Once he said to wipe off my red lipstick cause of his possession. Haha I can understand his gestures. Then again got angry to see me with other men. Then again he went to kiss me. I thought my first kiss of my entire life is gonna happen. But it got ruined. I actually love him a lot but I know he were forced for this marriage. So I think Eunwoo won't love me back. But he said he were drunk so he did these things with me. My eyes were teared up but I hide it. I want Eunwoo love me back. I'm still waiting for the day."

Eunwoo clutches the diary against him, his eyes become teary. "She l-loves me. I love her... b-but.... why did I... understand i-it so lately?" He spoke to himself then he bursts out in crying. He couldn't resist himself from crying loudly. Eunwoo didn't notice his happiness were Y/n. Now he could feel how much he needs her.

The day passed, Eunwoo settled himself with Y/n in the hospital. Many times he talks with her. He sleeps while holding her hand. In a time of the day, he cries cause Y/n is in this state.

Day passes, week passes, month passes, Eunwoo became crazy for her. He skips his meals a lot. Now Eunwoo hates himself for not being a good husband for Y/n. It's now evening. Two months passed since she's in coma.

Eunwoo holds her hand, "Y/n, how many hours you could sleep? Please open your eyes for me. Just for a while. Please? Or tell me how to sleep like you for like forever? I'm tired... I want you so badly Y/n, could you wake up for my sake? Or your hubby will fall asleep for forever! I got my punishment to treat you badly. But please, I can't bear... I want to see you smile, I want you to stay beside me... is it so much to ask for?" He said those words with pain, guilty, regret. Some tears escape from his eyes.
