The calm before the storm

Let's go back a little,

Athy and Angel were on their weekly visit to Claude.

Athy become a little brave in her interaction with Claude.

She will talk about everything and nothing (as a child should do). Angel and Claude will listen in silence or replay with a hum from time to time.

Angel told Athy a lot of stories about her past life.

Well ,nothing about the wars ,because she wanted her to still have some innocence. (and sanity ,mind you)

Angel and Claude have some kind of unspoken agreement.

They will listen to Athy and they will not interrupt her. Well, both of them were't of the chatty type either.

So, if Athy wasn't there, they would have stared at each other for hours!

Well, that's how it was going until that day.

Claude- I think Angelia got chubbier since I last saw her. You too, Athanasia.

Athy "Doesn't he know that it is rude to talk to a woman about her weight!"

Angel" First, we are 3. Second ,this is his way of saying: you are healthy and doing well."

Athy" Why can't he just say that! It's so frustrating! "

Angel" Because he, himself, doesn't know. That's what it mean to be a tsun-tsun."

Athy"......Well, two can play this game!"

Athy giggled- You look pretty too, Papa!

Athy' I still feel scared of him. '

Angel" Count me in. I missed this game."

S.R- You missed Alberu's reaction to your flattery speech.

Angel just ignored him like always.

Angel- Yes, papa looks so shiny! like the sun!I can't look at the sun and not remember Papa!

Athy"....This is so cringy."

Angel" I know. I used to annoy hyung-nim so much like that."

Athy' Somehow, I feel sorry for him.'

Claude was startled a little but he got used to Angel honey words.

Claude- Follow me.

Lily and Felix (who were there) signed in relief. They still can't get used to seeing the royal family interactions.

Claude- I was on my way to the lake.Get ready and join me.

Angela and Athy 'wTF!'

Returning to the present,

Silence.....

Did he just say that he want two three-years old girls to be on water?Was there something wrong with his head?Forget it. There, actually, is.

Lily- Your majesty, I am worried. The  princess being around the water is...

Claude interrupted her- What is there to worry about when they are with me?

Athy' You! You are the problem here!'

Lily tried to argue- But..

Athy' Don't fight him, Lily! What if he decided to go after you?!'

Athy' I really really don't want to  ride the boat with him, but.."Angel?"

Angel" Don't worry, Athy . Just hold my hand and I will help you no matter what."
