Chapter 1- Jaylen Jennifer Contreas

Hey guys welcome to Clevver, and today's segment is "CELEB UPDATE: JJ Contreas"

So as you guys know, JJ has moved back to California, where she hopes to find a better fit for her career and at the same time, spend time with her father who she hasn't seen in over 10 years!

Talk about a family reunion.

Since she moved four months ago, everyone has been asking "WHAT HAS SHE BEEN DOING?"

And since she moved, she had an opportunity to work with one of the biggest managers in the country, Scooter Braun.  She has also made special appearances in 23 concerts in four months!

Talk about a working girl!

She made appearances with Justin Bieber, the biggest singer in our time.  Also, she have been playing a lot of her own headline shows, a total upgrade of what she used to do.

Just so you know, she's doing twice of the things she used to do back in London.

We asked JJ how her move was, and what has changed.

"The move to California, was obviously hard because London was my second home and right next to Birmingham.  Leaving my best friends, my brother, and... Brad.  But erm... I miss everyone at home, so I'm really excited until I see them in a couple days." 

Then we asked her how she was doing about her ex, Brad Simpson

"It has been hard but I've learned to move on and we're actually both happy we made this decision because we knew it was much easier to split up than being together thousands of miles apart.  Other than that... Doing good... I'm just focusing on the music." 

And also about her relationship with Justin Bieber.

"Erm... We're just friends."  She laughs.  "People mistaken our friendship for something more than that, but I'm telling you it's not true." 

She blushes when she talks about Justin.

No? Ok.

Other than her relationship, JJ has been working a LOT in the studio for her upcoming album, Dangerous Woman.  She's working on it as we speak.

"Take 20."  Griffin says as he stops the track.

"K... I'll be outside if you need me."  I say into the mic as he nods.

I go out the door, saying hello to the receptionist before I go outside.

Wow. I'm here.

I'm still surprised at the fact I moved back to California. And it feels like I never left.

I'm so amazed everyday and I always feel like a tourist.

I see two people coming my way.  I don't have my contacts on, so I can't see a damn thing.

"UNICORN!"  I hear a familiar voice say.
