Wild Within The Heart (Sonadow)

--Alphas - Part 2--

   The next morning, Shadow woke up by the sound of two humans opening the gate to the enclosure as they walk in one with the tranquilizer gun and the other with a small white box. He did knew their not here for him so he just back to sleep as the two walked right pass him to the old den. The two humans came walking into the old den where the blue male that was sound asleep. One loaded up the gun and start pointing it at the sleeping blue male in front of them. Then out of nowhere a loud 'BANG' was heard as it echo through the den and hit the blue male on his rear. The blue male jerked awake as he yelped in surprise at the pain on his rear and looked to see a dart in him. When he heard talking, he looked up to see two humans there in front of him as he whimpered as they got closer. The blue male stood but started to lose his balance as he was getting really dizzy and tired at that time. After awhile, he saw everything turn black as he fall to the cold ground of the den.

   Shadow heard the sound of the gun and decided to ran to check where it was coming from. Stopping to see the two humans that came in earlier, pulling out the blue male from the old den. Shadow didn't really care what they were going to do to him and he hope that they take the blue male out of here but he was wrong. The two humans were just doing a checkup of how he was doing, give him some shots to keep any sickness away and stay healthy. So Shadow sat there watching carefully as they do their work. Then one of the two humans tag the blue male under the ID name of 103, putting a second one for knowing that he was a uke and left him alone with the black male. A few min later, the blue male woke up as he was still alittle dizzy from the drug but not enough to make him fall down again. He jump right to his feet and starting to growl as he looked around for the humans that dare to do this to him.

   "Calm down.. they're gone for now" Shadow said calmly, walking towards the growling blue male.

   "B-but they shot me in the butt!" The blue male said abit scared.

   "They only did that so they can safely give you some shots to keep you healthy" Shadow said, stopping in front of the other.

   Shadow starts to walk off but then the blue male stopped him by blocking his way. He didnt like how the other was blocking his path. The blue male looked away for a second with his ears low, scared of what to do without thinking. The blue male then looked up at the black male that was waiting for him to talk as he saw how big he was compared to himself.

   'wow.. h-hes hot.. w-wait.. what am i saying? He'll kill me if i say that to him' The blue male thought with a small pinkish blush on his muzzle.

   "Well say something" Shadow said as he was getting impatiently.

   "C-can i ask you a question?" The blue male asked, sitting down in front of him.

   Shadow sighs. "Ask away.." He said, sitting down as well as he sees the other wasn't going to leave him be.

   "What's your name if you don't mind me asking.. and is there any other wolves here i should be worried about?" The blue male asked as he looked around for any wolves.

   "It shadow.. and there is other deep in the woods.. I don't know how many are there but some are alphas" Shadow said, looking towards the wood then back at the blue male. "That's all i know so.. whats yours?" He asked as he scratches the back of his head with his hind leg.

   "O-oh.. I-i'm sonic.. and are you an alpha?" Sonic asked tilting his head to Shadow abit cute like.

   "No.. i'm not" Shadow said, looking away with eyes closed then open one to look at Sonic. "Did you think i was?"

   "well.. yea you do look alot bigger then what i seen a-and how you act too" Sonic said, looking down with ears folded back to his head.

   "I guess i was just born that way" Shadow said, turning his head back to Sonic.

   "Do you think your parents were alphas?" Sonic asked.

   "Maybe.. i really don't remember.. the humans here rescue me when i was just a pup" Shadow said sadly, trying to remember his past then shock his head. "You sure do ask alot of questions"

   "Uh.. i-i'm s-sorry.." Sonic said, looking down once again as he felt bad.

   "Welp i better get going then" Shadow said as he stood and walked pass Sonic to leave but stopped. "I'll see you later i guess" Then walked off back to his spot.

   Sonic sadly watches as the black male left. 'I feel bad for him...' He thought to himself as he then went back into the old den to where he was before. Shadow got back to his spot, sitting down and was looking down at his paws. Thinking back at what he said to Sonic and was just too weird for him to think that.

   "Why I say that to him?" Shadow asked himself with a blush on his muzzle.

   Shadow shook off the thoughts he had and lay down to sleep but he can't. Still thinking of why the humans brought these species of wolves here in the first place and was Sonic rescued from something that can kill him or was he captured by other bad humans that can use for bad things. These thoughts kept coming to him as he doesn't know what the answer to them or why it's happening. All he knows is that it's something to do with Sonic being a uke. When he thinks about Sonic each time, he had the same feeling in his chest again and this time alot more warmer feeling like he's not alone. Shadow then shook it off, he's not going to fall for that one bit. He fall asleep as soon as he was sure that the feeling and the thoughts are gone.
