School was over, but I still haven't gotten my phone back from Mr. Tanner. It wasn't that bad because I got to do my homework while the girls did cheerleading and my brother played football.

This was a normal routine, honestly. I was sitting on the bleachers while trying to, sloppily, finish my homework, there wasn't a lot because I do whenever we have a free period or I'm board in class.

I just finish my work with a sigh looking out stretching out my hands. I see Stefan looking at his hands or, more specifically, his ring.

"Hey Stef. Whatch ya doing?" I asked as I walked up to him after putting all my pens, notebooks, and my water bottle away in my purse.

"Hey Julia, I was just thinking about joining the team." He says, pointing to the multiple boys on the field throwing the ball. I look over as he points, and I see Mr. Tanner, shouting at Tyler.

A sigh of anger fills the silence between me and Stefan. I turn my head his way and sit down beside him. "I think you should. Our team sucks and I saw how you caught the ball today. If I didn't know you, I would say you were a professional. Have you played before?" I question with a smile, hoping he warms up around me.

"I used to when I was younger. He says, still looking at the team.

"Well then, that's it settled. You tell Tanner that, and you'll be on that field in no time! I'm sure Elena would say the same." I tease him with the last sentence.

He chuckles before saying, "Alright then. I'll try to persuade him to let me on the team."

Getting up from his seat. "And just want to let you know Stef, as Elenas best friend, you seem like a great guy don't break her heart, and maybe I'll consider being your friend. Okay." I say with my serious face before it fades into a smile.

"I promise. You're a good friend. It'll be my honour to have you as a friend." I get up and shake his hand.

"I'll be sure to put in a good word for you. Good luck with the football thing." I say, still confused about the whole concept of the sport.

"Thanks, Lia." I turned around, grabbing my purse and getting ready to wave goodbye to him, but he was already next to Tanner. Good luck to him, indeed.

"Okay, I'll go. Julia's coming?" Bonnie asks as I see her and Elena on the ground stretching.

"Julia's coming where?" I ask with a smirk on my face, from the wording.

"To my dinner party with Stefan, I told you about it dis' morning. Remember?" She says, tilting her head up at me. "Oh yeah. I can't wait!" I say while putting my purse on the grass near Bonnie's stuff. Elena gives Bonnie a look that says 'see he's won over Julia.'
'Okay, but actually, where is Caroline? Julia, didn't you say she was sick? Is she okay." I pause to think of a response, but in my peripheral vision, I see a car pull up with a man driving, and Caroline is the passenger sit. "Oh my God." I say in a tired voice as I see Care lean in to kiss the guy in the drivers seat. I was worried over nothing. She was out with this guy all day while I was trapped in this hell hole.

"Must be mystery guy from the grill?" I hear Bonnie say. Oh yeah, she must have found him.

I mean, i wouldn't put I past her. One time in the 7th grade, it was me and Tyler's 12th birthday party at this random pizzeria in Petersburg(we were staying there for 'our birthday' which actually means our dad had business there, just around our birthday.) We invited Elena, Caroline, Bonnie, Jeremy and Matt. Wow, I need more friends. Anyways, I thought this random guy there was cute,I told her, and she found out,for me the next day, where he went to school, his first and last name, and where he lived. I gave no idea how, and I still don't wanna know. I was too much of a chicken back then to even talk to him, but I still appreciated the thought.

"That's no mystery, man, that's Damon Salvatore." Elena states with a shocked look on her face, still staring at them in the car. Elena didn't tell me a lot about Damon Salvatore. Well, she only met him once, but still, she said he told her about Stefans ex and that he did not respect her personal space.

They both get up off the floor. "Salvtore, as in Stefan." I hear Bonnie ask elena, but I was too distracted as Caroline stepped out of the car while Damon stared at her.
"Hope you do mind, I got the other brother." Caroline says to Elena while walking past all three of us. We stare in shock as she does, "Sorry I'm late ladies I was, uhh, busy." Caroline says to the squad. I scoffed, and to think, I gave up my phone to Tanners grems while she was sleeping with Stefan Salvatores' brother.

"I'm going to get my phone off Tanner!"
I need to shake off some annoyance off in my walk to steal my phone back. I sneak into tanners class room, and open the drawer with a key I found on his desk. Why would you keep the key to the drawer you have locked on your desk. I laugh quietly, idiot. I hear a very distance sound of footsteps running down the hall from the boys' locker room. I pray that it isn't Mr. Tanner. I waited a few minutes until the footsteps were gone. I quickly and quietly ran out of the school.

I walk past the cheerleaders, practising their cheering. I grab my purse before walking over to Elena, asking her what time to meet for dinner.' "8pm sharp, better be there." She answers, pointing her figure in my direction with a smirk on her face. I chuckle, "I'll be there, don't worry. Stefan's good for you, you know. He's one of the good ones." I say, keeping my word to Stefan. "See you later, Elle." I say while texting my mother to let her know I'll be home soon. She let's out a small bye before turning back to look at Stefan. I smirk while turning to walk towards the car. Tyler can walk home or get someone else to.
