A deal a deal

Race day.

The busiest and most chaotic day amongst the three days. I left as early as I could to avoid all the fans and paparazzi but even when I entered,there were fans already waiting.

I made my way towards mclaren when a recognisable figure caught my eye.
Cole

There standing talking to my brother was my ex boyfriend of 2 years.
I hid around the Corner until he left and grab my brother arm and pulling him up to his drivers room.

"LANDO what is he doing here". I said trying to stay calm.

Me and Cole dated for 2 years it was all going well until he became popular and turned toxic and overprotective and would manipulate me with every chance he could get. The night of my birthday party he turned up late with pink lipstick stains on his newly white t-shirt that I bought him and what annoyed me most is that everyone thought that it was my lipstick stains but I had wine red lipstick on that night.

A month after,I finally had to courage to end things with him but he didn't take to well and beg me to let him stay and when I said no for the final time he picked up a glass and aggressively smashed it against the wall and grabbed my rist so hard that it left a mark.After he made me look at him straight in the eye and told me that I was nothing to him and that he cheated on me.

It was the worse night of my life.Soon after lando came home to me balling my eyes out on the bathroom floor while I held a ice pack on my risk. He held me as tight as he could and told me everything is going to be alright and that we could move to Monaco for a bit to get away from the memories.

"Y/N I have no idea why he back I was just talking to Zak and suddenly he came up to me and started speaking to me ". I promise I didn't want to talk to him!

"It's okay lando just please don't him let him see me". I said while giving him a good luck hug for the race.

As lando got into his car I grabbed as set of headphones waiting for the race to start when all of a sudden the camera turn towards the man in red which suddenly brought my mind back to the deal we made yesterday. Before I could think anymore crofty said his famous words.

"And it's lights out and away we go"

It was a crazy race with Logan and zhou making contact in the first corner causing them to spin out and 20 laps in max had engine failure so he had to retire the car.It was down to the last lap with Lando was p2 with Charles 3 seconds a head of him.At this point i had no clue who I wanted to win but when it came to the last corner I ran out waiting for them to cross the finish line.Charles parked in P1, lando in P2 and ferando In P3.

Lando came running into my arms screaming with happiness, meanwhile my head over his shoulder locking eyes with the winner receiving a cheeky wink from him as he mouthed the words a deal a deal. I rolled my eyes at him even though I was happy that someone was taking me out for dinner and that certain someone is the boy in red.

I made my way to the podium when all a sudden some called out my name.
