Breakup.

Those words always make me feel like giving up on relationships. However, I have learned that it's important to learn from past experiences and grow. This relationship may have only lasted three months, but it taught me a lot about myself and what I want in a partnership.

Right now, I am watching a girl confess her feelings to my only male friend. They have only met three times, but she has already fallen for him.

"Should I say 'Yes'?" he asked me. His question brought me back to reality. He had come to sit with me while the girl was away, maybe she was a little shy to say hi to me.

"It's your life. I'm not interested in giving my opinion," I replied, taking a sip of my drink, and then refocusing on my laptop.

To be honest, I have never been in a serious relationship with anyone, and I don't think it's important right now. My primary focus is on my studies and finding a good job. While I'm open to the idea of finding a partner who shares my values and goals, I'm not in a rush to do so. Since I don't have parents, I am determined to build a fulfilling life on my terms, and I refuse to settle for anything less.

"I need to ask you something - why aren't you interested in being in a relationship? I distinctly remember you having a boyfriend before." His question made me stare at him but say nothing.

"I don't recall having a boyfriend. I did have a male friend, but we were just friends. I didn't have any special feelings for him," I explained, stating the facts.

"Are you sure? That's not what he told me. He said you left him for another guy," He explained which made me a bit annoyed. He looked at me interested to know more.

"How long have you known me, Song? You know me better than he does. Does he think he's handsome enough to be my boyfriend? Well, I have to admit, Woo-young is more handsome than him though." I said, thinking about my handsome brother, even though I kept teasing him by saying he was ugly.

"You said Woo-young is ugly and won't date him if he's not your brother. Do you have a crush on someone right now? Just be honest with me." He asked leaning closer to me. His grin is wide while staring at me.

"I'm not going to tell you, even if I have," I said, grabbing my bag and heading out of the place. I heard him walking behind me and joining me. This guy is tall and makes me feel like I'm his little sister, even though I'm older than him by three months.

"Should I date Hae-in? She's been crushing on me for a while now. What do you think?" he asked, even though he had just broken up with Soon-Ae. I'm not sure what's going on in his head. It seems like he switches girlfriends as easily as changing clothes.

"I'm not sure, Song. You can do what you want but don't come to me if things go wrong. Hae-In has a reputation for not being faithful to just one person. I've heard negative things about her from my colleagues, so be careful if anyone confesses their feelings to you." I said and continued to my class while he went to his class which is the opposite way of mine.

"See you at lunch, Jung!" He shouted as I walked away. I just waved my hand without looking at him.

°°°°°

I've been friends with her for years. However, I don't have any romantic feelings for the girls I date. The reason why I keep mentioning 'my girlfriends' to her is just to gauge her reaction. Despite my efforts, she didn't seem interested in my relationships. I wish she knew how much I like her and want to be with her. She wasn't aware of my feelings for her but her brother does.

Her brother, Woo-young is one of my friends and also my band's members. Every weekend we have performed in some clubs doing part-time jobs.

"Any idea what to do? I'm bored." Yunho spoke when saw me a bit gloomy. Seriously I don't have any idea what to do. Usually, it was Woo-young who was excited about planning our activities but today he was absent because he was not well.
