Dream and George have been together for years. 10 years to exact almost 11. It was coming up on there 11 year anniversary. Dream had said he had something special planed. George was at Karl house getting ready for the huge surprise. Karl had been talking about a proposal happening.
"Do you really think so? " George said as he styled his hair smiling like an idiot at the thought if Dream proposing.
"Ofc i think so! I mean you guys have almost been together for 11 years!" Karl said laughing slightly as he brought over some snacks for George.
"And he diddd say he had something special planned." Karl said as he took his phone out of his pocket looking at it.
"I guess. I just don't wanna get my hopes up I mean." George paused as he looked in the mirror at his now styled hair.
"Hes never talked about wanting to actually get married before.. plus he's stated before he has commitment issues from past relationships.." George said sighing as he looked over at Karl. Karl.jist shook his head.
"He also said you're different George." Karl said walking over to run his fingers through his hair. George sighed before smiling in the mirror. George hears a honk out side and he turns to look at Karl.
"Do I look ok?" George said nervously as he did a little spin.
"If Dream doesn't propose tonight I will." Karl said as he armed his arms around George hugging him. George smiled rolling his eyes.
"You're such an idiot I got to go." George said as he walked out the door to the car. Dream was sitting smiling at his phone before George opened the door. Dream looked up at him and smiled shutting his phone off waiting till George was in to start driving.
"You look beautiful George." Dream said with a smile and a wink making George roll his eyes.
"Thanks..." George said smiling as he looked away. No matter how many times Dream would complimented him George's reaction stayed the same. It was something George could never get old off. He liked it when Dream complimented him. Ofc other people always complimented him but none of them made him feel the same way Dream did. Once they pulled up to the restaurant Dream opened the door for George following him as he walked into the building. They were sat near a window. George looked out the window you could see the beach from there.
"We're going there next." Dream said pointing out the window to the beach. George smiled and nodded. They both ordered their food and ate. Kinda like a normal date nothing really special happening other than the fact Dream wanted George to go more expensive this time. Once they were finished with their dinner the decided to walk to the beach. It wasn't far from the restaurant. They held hands as the walked to it George noticed a little picnic set up. He rolled his eyes. I knew how cheesy Dream could be sometimes. While if anybody else did this he'd probably cringe. I guess it's just different because it's Dream. They walked over to the blanket where Dream took his shoes and jacket off. Dream smiled at George before smacking his shoulder and running off.
"Tag!" He yelled laughing as he ran off. George looked at him stunned for a minute before quickly throwing his shoes jacket off and running after dream. They ran around for an hour before George finally tackled him to the ground laughing as they both hit the ground. Dream put his arms around George holding him as he looked over at the sunset. They stayed there silent watching it. They finally walked together back to the blanket sitting down to eat the snack that were there. They stayed there till it was pitch black. They grabbed there all their belongs and began walking back to the car hand n' hand. Dream dropped George back off at his house with a long hug and kiss. George walked back into the house confused on what was supposed to be so special. He hadn't propose. Was it the beach? George walked in seeing Karl on the couch. Karl jumped up once seeing George.
"Well??" Karl said withe excitement. George only sighed and shook his head no. Karl's smile dropped.
"What was special?" Karl asked walking over to George. George smiled remembering what they had done.
"The beach." He said smiling as he began walking towards the bathroom. He heard Karl scoff.
"Just the beach?" Karl said confused.
"He didn't have to do anything he just did. Anything he does is special." George said as he walked into the bathroom to take a shower. Karl.smiled at George before walking off to do his own thing. Once George finished his shower he shot Dream a goodnight text. Dream replied saying "I love you." George smiled before. He didn't like saying it back a lot and he loved that Dream understood that. George laid under his covers and fell asleep. At 7am the next morning George woke up being shook by Karl. He had 46 miss calls from Sapnap. George looked at Karl confused as Karl screamed at him though George couldn't make out what was being said.
"Wait what's going on??" George said still waking him self up. Karl looked down sliding George a note. George looked confused before picking it up reading it. His eyes widen as realization hit.

Dream had killed himself last night.

This was his note. He had killed himself and George didn't say "I love you too." George looked at the note shocked as Karl just wrapped his arms around George.
"Is... is he ok..." was all George could get out. His chest tightened as he saw Karl shake his head.
"Sapnap found him this morning. He was already gone by then." Karl said quietly. Tears threatened to leave his eyes. Karl had already been crying. George looked down as the tears fell down his face. Before a small smile was on his face when he realized something.

The night was special because Dream got to spend his last night with George. And that's all he ever wanted.
