''These two are the first timeline, if they were the Kyle and Lehua here, they would have been much more of a threat but still I shouldn't take this lightly.'' Isaiah thought.

Infernape with a single arm blocked Mienshao's knee as Nova came from above, blocking his foot before jumping back clenching Nova's leg, with a twisting swing, he threw Nova at Mienshao who avoided it with an Acrobatic and kicked Infernape back.

''We know what you think, we aren't that much of a threat but this is what will determine our fate. If your Kyle falls, he takes our place.''

''I'm entrusting the others in holding him down until Red comes.''

Red's the only person he knows that could defeat Kyle.

''Infernape! Fire Pledge!''

Slamming down on the ground, he summoned multiple flaming pillars that Nova fired a Blast Burn to counter, obliterating the Fire Pledge as Mienshao was revealed to behind, kneeing Infernape but he backflipped in response stomping on Mienshao and backflipped away.

''Focus Blast!''

''Aura Sphere!''

Infernape mid-air flung the Focus Blast connecting into the Aura Sphere creating an explosion as Nova rushed in as Mienshao was following from the air.

''You two never experienced like the two I knew so there are weaknesses in you.''

Infernape fired a Flamethrower avoiding Nova who leaped in after him while Mienshao landed to do so as well.

''Mach Punch into Focus Punch!''

Infernape knew where to hit to finish them off.

Mid-air he blocked Nova's kick and threw his fist straight into his chest, bursting it open as Mienshao from behind Nova got caught up as they landed.

Infernape was over Nova twitching as his chest was burst open revealing Infernape with the Nullialite.

Having grievances but didn't want to give them a chance, he crushed the stone.

Nova remembered the times he used to combat with Infernape, tearfully accepting his loss before disintegrating, passing on.

''Nova...''

Mienshao opened its eyes from beneath where Nova was and threw its knee into Infernape's jaw, sending him flying crashing down hurt.

Kyle gasped watching Lehua rise up for the first time looking up dead inside muttering.

''Nova...''

A small cracked formed in the barrier

-Back outside-

Angel threw out another of Lehua's Pokemon, revealing Nagant.

''Take us seriously.''

''This battle will determine our fates. The things we always wanted to prove that we never got the chance to do, as Kyle, we promised we would battle each other from where we first started and as Lehua, I wanted to battle you as your equal, not as a student.'' 

''Please....save us. It won't be long until it takes over Kyle.''

''Fine! Infernape! Go!''

Infernape responded to his feelings by powering up letting out his might.

''Fire Blast!''

Mienshao and Nagant avoided the explosion with Mienshao connecting once again in a close up battle against Infernape, blocking a knee with his elbow as Nagant prepared dual style Snipe Shot that shot into Infernape.
