"Woo-hoo,best ride I've ever had with my girl!!"I heard Mark shouting things about his girlfriend Janet like he was riding with her for the first time. I chuckled at him and sped up my baby

                        Robin and Aaron sped up with my pace "let's stop there" they pointed at the convenience store near the bus stop. I nodded as they informed Mark too. We slowed down and stopped infront of the bus stop.
                         
                                 There were no one in that bus stop except a girl who had brown short hair,she was staring at me like she was lost in me. Who could blame her ,I chuckled.
      
                                        I removed my helmet and ruffled my hair. I decided to ask her for a help. "Hey"
I called her as she hummed in response. "Could you please keep an eye on my bab- no I mean my bike?" 'Baby' that's what I called my bike. She was about to say something when Aaron interrupted "It's okay,you don't have to take care of that,pretty"he winked at her 'what a flirt he is' then he turned to me. "Me and Robin will go buy something. you ,Mark and Janet can stay here" He said and went to buy.
  
                                   I sighed and looked at Mark and Janet who were busy in making out. I sat at the bench near where she was standing.

                                         She also stared at them and looked down. The atmosphere was really embarrassing that time. So I decided to ask her "Hey why don't you take a seat?" She turned back and looked at me "pardon me" she said as her sweet voice echoed in my head.

                                           "Why don't you take a seat?" I repeated. "Oh it-the bus will come soon"
"The bus already gone"
"What?how do you know?"
"There is no bus after 9.00pm"

                                         She panicked and looked at her phone."What?it's already 10.00pm?" She let out a tiny scream which I thought was 'cute'. As she called someone and sat near me and kept a distance. I could hear her call. She talked to someone with a worried tone. From what I heard from the call she was asking someone for to pick her up.

                                           At last she said "Ok bye Josh" 'Josh?' I knew this name "Josh!!?you know Josh Chen?" I asked her in surprise which surely made her scared. As she looked at me "Yes,you know him?"
She asked me in a calm tone. I picked up my phone and searched for a photo and showed her. "Him?"
She looked at it and nodded at me.

                                            "Yeah I know,we were in the same college, was a good friend. How do you know him?let me guess. boyfriend?" I asked her as I knew he was the famous Playboy in the whole Thayer University. Maybe I thought she is his another hookup. She raised her eyebrow at me "me?" She pointed at herself "No,I'm not his girlfriend. He is my colleague and a good friend to me too"

"So you are a doctor,right?"

"Yes" she replied

"So what kind of doctor are you?"

"Oh,I'm a psychologist,btw what's your name?"

"Matt ritter"

"Nice to meet you,Matt. I'm Amanda Williams "
She smiled and held out her hands for a handshake. I accepted it and smiled at her."nice to meet you too, Amanda"

                                                Her hands were so soft and smaller compared to mine. When we released our hands I felt something in my heart.

Something off.

                             Robin and Aaron came back with snacks and drinks in their hands as I got up from there to get on my bike. I looked back at her and saw her looking at me too. Our eyes locked with eachother. "Hey Amanda,come I'll drop you" I said to her with a smile.

"Oh no it's okay"

"Come on, you're Josh's friend so it means my friend also"she nodded and got up from the seat and came towards me.

                            Aaron cleared his throat as the four of them gave me a teasing look. "Look who is giving a ride to a girl on his bike". Mark teased me.

"Arghh we're friends,man. So I'm helping her"I said as I glared at him as he puts his hands up dramatically "ok, friends. I understand"

                             I knew he was teasing me that time Aaron came and approached Amanda. "Hey pretty, I'm Aaron" he held out his hand for a handshake which she accepted with a smile."I'm Amanda" she replied to him. I don't know something felt inside me. Like I'm sweating.

Is it anger?no

Jealousy?yes

Why am I feeling jealous?I looked at their hands as Aaron.
"Amanda,I'm Mark and this is my girlfriend Janet"he said to Amanda as he held Janet closer to him like someone is gonna stole her from him. Janet waved a 'hi' to Amanda "you're so beautiful" she said to  Amanda which replied with 'thank you'.

                            "I'm Aaron, Miss Amanda" Aaron shouted from his bike "Enough introduction let's go guys" I said and got into my bike. So does everyone but Amanda was struggling to get into my bike. So I held my hand to her which she took and hoped on the bike.

                                    I started my bike "Hold on tight" she nodded and I gave her my helmet cause I didn't had a spare helmet with me . She put  on the helmet and hugged me in my waist.

                                   A little smile crept on my lips as I accelerated my bike and ride with  full speed.
